Good for what? There is a requirement that one critique to get one's own works critiqued, so there are responses. The quality of the critiques varyies dramatically, but some are useful. The quality of the authors also varies dramatically. Alas, there are some people who expect that their writing will just be praised, and some of them are rude. I would suggest that you read the material on the site and sign up.
Is Critters good?
Not that I now of. There are several listed on the SFWA website. Writers' Digest has listed online groups within the last few months, so you could look at that site. Otherwise, you could search. I am a member of Critters.org.
