  1. I try minding my business but...well, it's the prince we're talking about. If Princey knew anything about poetry, he'd know that if I had found out that he liked my poetry from the get go, I would have stopped writing, I swear. I'm very happy how he tries so hard to not compare his work to fifth, fire, and ampoule. And of course not mine. Does he believe his own f'n BS?!!
  2. I am not getting into an arguemnt between you.

Of course I think I'm the best practicioner of the kind of poems I write and at times I'm tempted to weigh myself against others I much admire, e.g. firefangled, ampoule, thefifthelement (and most assuredly not jon1jt) but I try as hard as I can to avoid going there.

I just saw this cheesedoodle's remark as I was en route to your blog. Think about this one: there are hundreds of writers passing thru the forum day to day, but this old hound mentions me as the sole negative in the context of members he's comparing himself to! Well, he knows what I think of him and his poetry. Nothing more to say.
  4. Thanks for the note Jon. Yeah that was kind of funny and based on their reacton it makes me wonder.
  5. Still don't get a comment box. I think there are two defaults you need to change. You may have to ask Logos.
  6. Found the problem with one of the defaults. Good to go, thanks---I'll let Riesa know too. Have a good week, see ya there.
  7. Yes it's the same problem. Somehow you changed the defaults. You have to go into Blog Control Panel and change the default to allow comments.
  8. Hey Virge are you saying that you were unable to leave remarks for the new poems in my blog?? I couldn't leave comments for a poem in Riesa's blog and she doesn't know why. Maybe it's the same problem. Please let me know. Thanks.
  9. Oh that makes sense. Thanks.
  10. My concern was not having all my poems available for public view on the internet, where I've had some incidents where strangers literally stole the poem and posted it on other websites claiming it was their work. I had trouble "proving" to the admin of another forum that the poem was actually mine. And in one instance an admin never got back to me.

Did you know that once your work is posted onto the internet it's automatically disqualified from publication? It's silly, I know. But to avoid the bullcrap altogether I decided that I limit viewing to people in my contact list and leave comments in my blog. But I need to check with Logos to see if this is a fact. If not I'll open it up to public no big deal. Will get back to you captain.
