This day and age, I doubt anyone would have noticed the inside out. I'm sure they're checking out other things. Btw - I thought it would never happen again in my lifetime, that we could beat the 1980 record for consecutive 100+ days, but we are on the way. Friday ties it and the weekend will continue to be 100+ deg. We need rain!! .
Yes, I miss him too. Sometimes, lately, I miss me too. Tonight I went shopping and when I got home, Jess told me my pants were inside out.
Every once in a while he crosses my mind as well. Who knows?, but I do miss his haywire expression of thoughts in his entries.
Wheres our buddy Gbrekken?
Yes, well I prefer discussing prostates to religion; actually, I don't mind discussing religion as long as no one is trying to convert me. I jsut very seldom run into people who discuss religion purly for entertainment. I will see if he can do a rain dance for you; he may ask for a plane ticket to your part of the country. He lived in Houston for years. He seems to like big cities with extreme weather.
Good to see that things are back in order, albeit on rather personal topics. Speaking of getting wet, the forecasters are teasing us (Texas) with a low pressure depression forming in the Gulf that is projected to head toward Texas. Maybe your brother can say a prayer for rain !! Ha Gg
My brother seems to have forgiven me, even so far as to complain about his prostate...I call that real bonding. It is very wet around here right now, and a nice wind develops at night and is cutting the heat a bit; the a/c keeps freezing up because of all the moisture.
Yeah, I'm thinking prayers said in anger aren't going to float very far. I'm thinking hurrican season has started right? So far pretty quiet - (knock on wood). The sprawl of concrete increases the heat - hey that rhymes., anyhow it is known as the "heat island effect". Large urban areas typically experience 5 to 6 degree higher temps as compared to surrounding area. Gg
Well, now my brother is irritated that I talked to his exwife; so I have a bit of spare time. He even said he was going to pray for me; he only says that when I really get him in a foul mood. I wish, if people were going to pray for me, they wouldn't all do it when they are mad at me haha. I'm on the Atlantic side, I suppose, the part that always gets hit with the hurricanes in late summer/early fall. Right on the beach, there is sometimes a breeze; but there is alot of concrete in between me and the ocean. There is sometimes a nice breeze at night, most of the time it feels as if you're in a swamp...or a microwave.
You see there? That's one of several reasons I can think of to stay off of Facebook and the like. Hehe In hindsight maybe you should have employed some "photoshopping" of the image. Sounds like it's pretty hot there too, though I would imagine the breeze off the ocean / gulf would temper it. BTW would that be the Gulf or Atlantic side for you? We are now on day 19 - 100 + Gg
