  1. Hey Walker! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Life flies by at a million miles an hour up here, and I haven't had much time to do anything more than check in briefly. However, I'm not doing anything on my day off today except reconnect with the folks I've been unable to talk to for a few months. Life is good, considering all the drama we're experiencing up here. Little problems have seemed to escalate into full fledged wars, but that's a story for another time. I'm bummed the summer is half over. I'm having so much fun up here it's ridiculous. I'm working with a great bunch of folks, and for being cooped up in the mountains together all summer, things have worked out well. the work is tough sometimes, but it is still rewarding.
how are you doing? anything new and exciting in the last two months happen with you?
  2. hey cowboy! how are ya? I've missed you around here.
Hopefully everything is going ok for you
  3. Yeah, those jeans. Gotta watch out for them!
Yes, it feels like a longer time than it really has been! I miss it terribly.
Yes, I guess it would be called an admission test. Here our colleges go by a grade point average, based on a 4 point scale. It makes no sense to me, but a lot of colleges won't accept anything under a certain GPA. Its dumb.
Oh, my weekend was supposed to be a great time of rest and relaxation, and instead it opened up a time of my life I thought was over with. I guess the title of my blog doesn't really fit, but I wasn't thinking clearly when I wrote it and I'm too lazy to change it now. Did that answer your question and quench your curiosity?
  4. jeans that tore themselves? that is a mistery will never know haha.
wow, it been quite a long time since you left your ranch! i see why you're so excited to go back.
yes, it feels nice to be almost done. i can't wait for college. it is easier here than in the states i guess; you should give an admission test (is that how you call it?) and a bachelor degree. it is not that hard i think; it depends in the college you want to go too-publics are a little bit more complicated.
hey what was so cool about last weekend? i read your short blog and was left with curiosity he
  5. Oh heck, I don't know how I tore my jeans. They do it themselves, I swear!
I left my ranch last September, around the seventh I believe. It's been a terribly long wait, but I've only three days left!
I think great minds think alike- and have the same problems as well. ie- memory/concentration issues.
Yay! That is a nice feeling, being done, isnt it? Or close to being done. How does the Ecuador college system work? Do you have to apply, or do you simply show up?
  6. tore your jeans again? how did you do that? jajaja.
oh i know how it is to wait for something...how long has it been since you left your ranch?
dont worry about your memory..i tend to do the same! jejeje
i'll be done with school by june! yeah i'm excited about that! hopefully i'll move back to Cuenca for college
  7. Oh, yes, I get distracte . . . crap. I tore my jeans again. Yes, I have concentration problems every once in a while.
There's a little more truth in those walls disappearing than I'd like to admit!
I go back up to my ranch next Friday. I'm so excited, I can't hardly concentrate on anything! As if I didn't have issues already.
Did I already ask you when you are done with your schooling for the summer? Well, I'm asking again. Please excuse my horrible memory!
  8. -"Dad a little mistake: I just made dissapear a couple walls more" imagining that was funny.
When will you go back to your ranch?
the attention span of a fly? You get distracted a lot then
  9. Yeah, every once in a while. I do a lot of the demolition stuff, but a lot of the time I end up ripping something out that wasn't supposed to be taken out, but that part is fun! I don't really enjoy the detailed stuff, like picking nails out of things so the wood doesn't crack when we take it out. Yeah, my ranch is kind of a mess. All the staff will be helping put it back into working order once we all get there.
I like short plays. I have the attention span of a fly.
  10. do you mash walls and stuff like that? that could be fun . sorry you dont like it. I know your thing is the rach and stuff needed to be put back together right?
Hahaha glad i clarified it to you. Actully it is not too long very simple and direct to the point, I wish you could see it
