  1. I'm OK thanks. I am certainly sympathise with the hard slog of this part of the year. I'm also looking forward to the summer holidays having had a taster for free time over the Easter break.
  2. Neely, no I haven't yet made bread. I think I bit off more than I could chew with my hopes, dreams and plans for the spring semester. It has been one long, hard slog, pretty much. So the bread-making will have to wait until summer-which isn't too far off now!

    How are you?
  3. Any joy with the bread making?

Bread cakes are my current thing. They're just better for sandwiches and quicker to prepare. I have even making a double batch and keeping some dough in the fridge over night so when I get back from work/uni all I have to do is take them out of the fridge, shape them and leave them for 30 minutes (usually have a bath then) and pop them in the oven. They then serve for tea/supper and for sandwiches the following day.
  4. OK excellent. Yes fresh pizza from real dough is a treat, so much better than anything frozen. I'm knocking up a couple of garlic bread pizzas for tonight actually, I love garlic and seem to need a fix of it every day.
  5. One reason why frozen pizza is such a disappointment, I'm sure. I'll let you know how it turns out.
  6. Happy New Year, Neely! Thank you for the bread recipe. It will probably be a couple of weeks before I get to it, but I'm looking forward to it.

  7. Hear, hear! It's pumpkin pie for us.
  8. Merry Christmas qimissung, hope you had a good one. Just about to raid the fridge for a special Belgian beer - oh I love this time of year, food and drink in excess - all the best!
  9. Merry Christmas, Neely!
