  1. Oh you're the only rational person in the world and only you're logic is proper. That is fundementalism. I take back my apoplogy. You don't deserve it. If you have a scientific background let me know. We'll compare it to mine. Otherwise you're just some pseudo-ameteur schmuck. Perhaps I'll see yuou in a literature thread somewhere here. But I doubt it. You fundementalists only have one thig that you obsesess over.
  2. As far as your scientific misconceptions go, you have simply come up with rationalizations for beliefs you didn't arrive at rationally. Why you need to pretend your religious beliefs have scientific legitimacy is anyone's guess, but it's clear you don't honestly engage with empirical evidential inquiry. You don't acknowledge the voluminous research into self-organizing systems and autocatalysis, because it wouldn't benefit you in your attempt to defend your religious beliefs. It's much easier to regurgitate weird pseudo-statistics and appeal to the authority of an aged scientist who seems to share your prejudices.

That whole 'Offended by Christmas in Oxford' thread was a disgraceful exercise in bigotry against nonbelievers. I really wish there were some way to get believers to think about their level of misunderstanding and hatred for people who don't share their beliefs. But as Dr. House said, "If you could reason with religious people, there wouldn't be religious people."
  3. You have serious problems with civil, honest discourse, don't you? If someone is offended by what you have to say, you conclude that they can't handle the truth. If someone explains their objection to a slur you use, you handwave the explanation away. If someone calls you out for your desperate rationalizations, you conclude that they themselves must be projecting their desperation on you. Is there anything that can get through your delusion and make you think about what you're saying to others?
  4. I'm not desperate at all. It seems to me that one who appeals to claiming someone is desperate is really the desperate one. And I didn't claim anything other than what is scientifically known, order and the measure of order and conclusions from it. Look it up. Look up Anthony Flew who was swayed by this argument.
  5. ...see you around, buddy boy.
