  1. if that's the most miserable thing about your life you're doing great But hey, it's not always so easy to live with this constant urge to sing - especially when some good song is playing in a public place and you'd so much want to sing along but can't... Though I still sometimes do, even if I embarrass myself doing so
  2. It's good to know there's someone else who hasn't achieved much today I don't have to go back to school until 18th January, but I've got some homework to do before that. Perhaps tomorrow I'll finally get started...
  3. I envy you
You can sing along with other singers... I CAN'T, I AM SUCH A CONDEMNED BOY
  4. Mostly, I'm doing the usual thing. That is, being in front of my PC striking the keyboard Listening to music too, but without singing myself, as I don't want to turn off really beautiful voices with... you know... mine
  5. Hi I haven't heard any complaints, but then again I haven't been talking to Santa for a while

I'm fine I slept till late afternoon, got up, turned on my computer, listened to some good music, sang along, and fussed over my clothes and make-up until my parents came to pick me up. We went to the theatre, you see. It was a play about fathers and daughters. I was supposed to go and see it with my father already in the summer, but we never went. Yesterday my parents decided that we should go to the theatre, because there were cheap tickets (you get a large discount for the same day's show). So I got some culture today

Otherwise I haven't done anything, I'm such a lazy thing How are you?
  6. If Santa is running out of reindeer, I swear I didn't steal any How's my dear Finn today?
  7. Okay, enjoy my Merry Christmas greetings as you wish

My parents don't have dogs. When I said the house is full of dogs I meant the student house where I live. It's a block of flats and there's a dog or two in almost every other apartment besides the one I live in. Normally animals aren't allowed in student apartments, but couples are allowed to keep pets, and my the building where I live is full of couples. I might be the only one there with a stranger as a flatmate

Good luck with your future as a reindeer owner! Reindeer are cute animals, I've seen quite a few on my few trips to Lapland. Don't try stealing Santa's reindeer, though, 'cause then you'll never get another Christmas present.
  8. Let me rephrase it: a "Merry Christmas" from you IS HIGHLY WORTH celebration and this is an absolutely final statement because I say so.

It is for me and MY OPINION IS ALL THAT COUNTS. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT OTHERS HAVE MADE YOU BELIEVE.

And don't you dare say the opposite. I'll keep repeating it until I can get you to believe it

Thank you for the Wiki link. I have to read more about these dwellings. I may need one if I ever visit Lappi (I'll need a shelter to comfortably stay until I can convince the Sami to give me a reindeer )

Your parents have dogs too? You have allergy issues also with them?

Another Xmas greeting to you, WORTH ANNIE!
  9. Oh don't be silly, of course I haven't forgotten you and a "Merry Christmas" from me is hardly worth celebration

About that Rovaniemi video - it's not exaclty a tipi, though a similar kind of dwelling. According to Wikipedia it's called goahti in English. It's the traditional construction of the Sami people who live in Lapland and are often reindeer herders. If you want a reindeer, you could try going to Lapland yourself to fetch one, there are plenty of those walking around

We don't have any fireworks at Christmas, only on New Year. It's legal to launch fireworks from 6 pm on New Year's Eve to 6 am on New Year's Day, on other times of the year you need a permission from the police to launch any. The dogs go berserk here, too. I'm thinking perhaps I shouldn't be at home on New Year, as the house is full of dogs and I bet they'll be barking like mad.

Once more Merry Christmas, as it IS the Christmas day now
  10. I couldn't easily hate your favourites. We are too similar for that to ever occur. Maybe if one of us were the villain and the other one were the hero, well, there could be some rivalry of taste, but we perfectly resemble almost the same perfect kind... we are unique... we should be ruling the world by now... why aren't we? Because we're busy doing our homework?

And talking about dogs again, my allergies are mainly teeth-oriented. Most dogs I've met seem eager to bite me, thus I fill my pockets with heavy ammo (big rocks). If I just gave you an account of my epic fights

Have a Very Merry Christmas Annie!!
