  4. You certainly are very passionate. There's nothing wrong with that. You sound very open-minded, which I admire. I am very open-minded as well and I am open to suggestions and critisicism of my work... I was told by another litnetter that I am a safe writer. I wasn't quite sure what he meant, but after many hours of stewing over it, I realised it meant, I don't want to cause friction from what I write. But seek acceptance and direct understanding. I don't know if you know what I mean by that. But I just tell it as it is, in my writing. I don't leave it up to the reader to work it out... Safe. I understand now. To change will be hard, but I must if I want anyone to read my work and say... wow, that was fab - and not say, it was nice, but... Change is good, hard, but good. I am willing to learn.
  5. Yes sir, you are a gentleman and a philospher? Don't you ever changed.
  6. Actually loki, I am very lucky. Both my kids are talented, in different ways, but talented just the same. When you are on my page next, click on my honey album, there's a photo of my son. He loves to sing and is becoming a child star, here in Melbourne. And last week my daughter was awarded the school scholarship for adademia in 2010.
In reference to the computer, they have a curfew time. They are not allowed on after 9.30pm. So we are quite disciplined here. Call me old fashioned, but I am mum and when they are parents, they can make the rules! But they are good about though, so once again I am lucky.
  7. Wow locki, that was quite poetic. I'm almost teary here. Yes I do feel completely mesmerised when my kids do something wonderful for me. I have two children, actually they are also signed up to litnet, if you go on my page and check out my friends list, Heathcliff is my daughter 13 and Snape (the one with the scary avatar) is my 11 year old son. I let them join litnet. As it is better than msn or myspace. At least there is some form of education happening on this site.
  8. Fingers crossed. How do you cope putting up with sick and hurt people all the time. I would just poison them, that would solve the problem of all their whinging. Of course you would probably go to jail... Boy I am tired... I'm talking in riddles and have ellipsis's all over the place.
  9. I know, I am a little dilerious right now. And making spelling and grammatical errors everywhere. Struggling to keep the eyes open. It's 12.00pm here now and I am in fits of laughter. Thanks Doc, you made my night.
  10. You're funny. Funny is good. Keep it up... And cheeky as well. Great combination. Mind you I can't think of any of the doctors I have ever seen in my life that are funny and cheeky. You don't go putting hearts in the bowel department just for fun do you?
