Know what you mean, when I did the editing course a few years ago, there's so much difference between the English/American/Australian language... Even thought they are still english speaking they are different... Some examples are Theater (American) Theatre (Australian) Colour (Australian) Color (American/English), the list is endless. And of course the pronounciation of words... especially the 'ou' sound.
