I don't know. the reports are scant. an onlooker said the guy robbed a place this morning, went to the tax office and demanded his refund. he has lost his business, filed for bankruptcy and his unit is up for sale, so I'd guess he's pretty much at the end of his tether. after the police apprehended the guy at the ATO, he admitted he had bombs at his house, so services were dispatched there at about 2pm. I have heard 2 bombs being detonated and have watched the computer bomb thingyamybob go in the guys house. ha ha. the strategic managment meeting this morning was focused on how to enhance the taxpayers experience....looks like we fail!
