Peace and mercy of Allah be on you....Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said: “What was the state of civilization, morals and spirituality of Arab people at the advent of Hazrat Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). There was, battle in each house, drinking alcohol, fornication and looting; in short, each evil existed. No one had possessed any connection and relation with God the Exalted and with excellent morals. Everyone acted as Pharaoh. But, by coming of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), when they entered in Islam, then such love of Allah and spirit of unity was developed in them that everyone became ready to die in the way of God the Exalted. They manifested reality of Bai'at, and showed its model by their action. How much model of loyalty was shown by Sahabah of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), its example neither exited earlier not will be seen next. But if Allah the Exalted Wills He can do same. By these models, there is benefit for others. In this Jama'at (i.e. he a. s. says about his Jama'at) God the Exalted can create such models. How nice God the Exalted has said in praise of Sahabah, ‘minal momenina rejalun sadaqu maa ahadahulla alehey faminhum man qaza nahbahu wa min hum main yantazir..’ , there are such men in believers who proved this promise which they made with God the Exalted so some form them have given their lives, and some are ready to give lives...If verses are gathered from Holy Quran in praise of Sahabah, there is no better excellent model than it.” (i.e. better than this verse which is mentioned about Sahabah.)

These models of virtues and sacrifices are excellent models for us. Events about Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with them) of Badr and some others have been mentioned earlier too. Now, first Sahabah of Badr will be mentioned. They have special station. These are people, with whom Allah the Exalted was pleased, these are the people who received His special pleasure.

Hazrat Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with him)
How he became muslim, details are mentioned in history and ahadith. About his martyrdom is told there too. His appellation of honor is ‘syyadul shohada’ (Chief of Martyrs), ‘assadullah’ (Lion of Allah) and ‘assadul rasul’ (Lion of Messenger).
He was son of leader of Quraish, Abdul Muttalib, his mother was Hala. He was uncle of Holy Prophet blessings of Allah be on him). Hala was cousin of Hazrat Aamna, mother of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him).... Hazrat Hamza was some years older than, and was milk-sibling brother of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) in infancy through serving-lady Sobia ... Hazrat Hamza accepted Islam in 6 th year of Proclamation.

Hazrat Musleh Mo'ud (r.a.) has mentioned in historical events how Hazrat Hamza ra accepted Islam...One day Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was sitting at a stone between mountains of Safa and Marwa and was in deep thoughts how to convey Tauheed of Allah the Exalted. Abu Jahl, grand persecutor of muslims, came and said you do not stop your words and began to call very bad names but Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) remained silent. Then Abu Jahl hit him, still he (s.a.w.) did not react. Nearby, there was house of Hazrat Hamza who was out for hunting but his salve woman saw all event with sadness, she was infidel but was a good person. When Hazrat Hamza came proudly, she said, does he have any shame, such oppression and persecution was done by Abu Jahl to his nephew who did not react. She mentioned all matter...Hazrat Hamza was non-muslim yet and a leader of Quraish, who knew Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) was right but did not believe because he did not want to leave his worldly splendor....Now, his family honor arose, raged, he immediately went to Kaba, made circuits around it and proceeded toward gathering of Abu Jahl and other leaders. Abu Jahl was boasting about what he had done....Hazrat Hamza went straight to him and hit his bow to head of Abu Jahl, and said you are boasting now I belittle you, speak if you have any courage...Abu Jahl had status of king in Makkah, a leader, a Pharaoh like. .. His companions rushed to attack Hazrat Hamza but Abu Jahl who had been subdued due to patience of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and due to courage of Hamza, stopped them and said, actually he did excess and aggression so let it go, Hamza is right.

So metaphorically it was like, as if when Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was coming back from mountains of Safa and Marwah he was saying in heart, my duty is not to fight but to bear name calling with patience but God the Exalted was saying at Arsh, ‘alais-allaho bekafin abdohu’ (is Allah not sufficient for His Servant) ; you do not want to fight but does Allah not present to contest your foes....

So Allah the Exalted gave Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) a devotee i.e. in that gathering, Hazrat Hamza ra announced he has accepted faith. He addressed Abu Jahal: you called Muhammad sa names, only because he says I am messenger of Allah and angels descends at me, listen clearly, I announce I accept religion of Muhammad sa from today. I say what Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) says, if you have courage, come to compete with me.

Hazrat Hamza (may Allah be pleased with him) announced he has become Muslim...Traditions tell, after that, faith of Muslims of Makkah received strength. English historian, Sir William Muir has admitted, the purpose of Muhammad sa received strength when Umar and Hamza became Muslim.

Hazrat Hamza ra migrated to Madina like other Muslims.

Even Muslims had gone to Madina, infidels’ mischief did not stop. Muslims had to be very alert and had to be aware of foe’s movements. In this regard, Hazrat Hamza served exceptionally.

Hazrat Hamza ra lifted flag of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). He always kept his self respect, even in difficult economical conditions after migration, as Holy Prophet sa always taught so.

Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) encouraged Hazrat Hamza (may Allah be pleased with him) to do certain prayers. Hazrat Hamza ra narrates,

Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said, always do this prayer:

‘allahumma as-aloka be-ismekal azame wa rizwanekal akbar’ i.e. O Allah I seek from You, by giving reference of Your Supreme-Name and Your Greatest-Pleasure.
Hazrat Hamza ra always ate fruit of this prayer.

Peace and mercy of Allah be you... Translation of [ch41:v34] And who is better in speech than he who invites (people) to Allah and does good works and says, ‘I am surely of those who fully submit?’
This verse is a perfect example of and contains all distinctive qualities of a momin (true believer). Who can do these things more than a real muslim. If anyone possesses these three qualities which are told by Allah the Exalted, he can bring revolution in his life and society as well. These qualities are:
--to invite towards Allah
--to do amle-saleh (good deeds)
--to announce, by showing model of obedience, that I practice or do effort to practice according to my capacity, all commandments by Allah the Exalted and His Messenger.

By first quality, a momin learns religious knowledge and teaches it to the world... This teaches what are rights of Allah the Exalted and how to pay these and what are mutual human rights are made by Allah the Exalted and how to pay these.....The attention to tell others these things, can only be developed if one has pain in heart for people; if one has zeal, interest, and fear of God and one seeks His nearness. Such a person has zeal and attention to save people from clutches of Satan which plans to take people away from God and there are extremely various means of interest. Such a momin has fervor to increase group of servants-of-Merciful.

The second quality is to do amle-saleh, the virtuous deeds i.e to pay rights of Allah the Exalted and His servants. For this, one should pay attention to be an example and become model for others. Otherwise one’s religious knowledge is useless, and his act of calling towards Allah the Exalted will be empty from blessings from Allah the Exalted, good results and pleasure of Allah the Exalted.

The third quality mentioned is that real momin should announce, I am among fully obedient ones i.e. I fully believe in commandments’ of Allah and His Messenger, and make these the part of my life. I give and shall give priority to Deen over world. In obedience, obedience of Khalifah of time and system of Jama'at too are included.....To say I am doing a lot of conveying the message and I do not need a system, Allah the Exalted does not like this way. Allah the Exalted wanted to make a Jama'at in this era and He made it.... Likewise high levels of amle-saleh, virtous deeds and Taqwa are obtained at time when level of obedience and following commandments is high....These levels of us, Ahmadis, will only be established, our conveying message will only be successful and our virtues will only be amle-saleh when we shall be fully obedient of system of Khilafat after Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and shall cooperate with system which is managed by Khilafat. Our individual efforts will be blessed when each member of Jama'at and office-holder, each worker, each murabi / missionary will understand system and pay rights of each other.

Surely, Allah the Exalted, according to His promise, has sent Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) with promises that the assigned works to him will be completed, insha-Allah.... Some works were completed in his lifetime, and some were to be fulfilled after him, and are being fulfilled. Through him (on whom be peace) message of Islam is reaching to ends of earth. Steadily pure hearts are coming in the lap of Ahmadiyyat and Islam.

Allah the Exalted fulfills the purposes, for which He sends His Prophets. He says in Holy Quran ‘kataballaho la-aghlebanna anaa wa rosoli’ that Allah the Exalted has decided that I and My Messengers will dominate..... Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) too received this revelation many times.....Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) explains this verse as:
“It is the way of Allah the Exalted since He created earth and heavens, He always has been manifesting His this way that He helps His messengers and prophets and gives them dominance, as He says, ‘kataballaho la-aghlebanna anaa wa rosoli’. And by dominance, it is meant, as messengers and prophets have the desire that argument of God should be fulfilled in earth and no one may compete with it. Like this God the Exalted manifests its truth with strong signs. And the truth they want to spread in earth, He does its seed-sowing by their hand”..........“God has decreed since beginning, and has declared His law and way that He and His messengers shall always dominate. Since I am His messenger i.e. faristada but without any new Shariah and new claim and new name, but I have come by getting name of that Gracious Prophet Khatamul-Anbiya (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), and by being in him, and by being his manifestation. That is why I say, as from ancient i.e. from time of Adam to Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), the meaning of this verse has been coming true, likewise it will come true in my favour now”.

So the plant which Allah the Exalted wants to implant through Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) in each corner of earth, is the plant of Shariah which was sent to Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him)..... The completion of publication of real Islam is destined in the era of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace)......As Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that the truth which Allah the Exalted wants to spread in world, He does its seed-sowing by the hands of His messengers, Allah the Exalted sowed this seed of completion of Islam by the hands of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) and had showed him lush green crops in some areas. After him, through system of Khilafat, plants of seed sown by him are spreading in various countries of world. As small plants are prepared and can be taken to anywhere, likewise Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace)’s plantation of knowledge and understanding of commentary of Holy Quran and message of Islam (which he explained eloquently in light of Holy Quran) is being spread in each corner of world. And, world is admiring beautiful teaching of Islam.

Allah the Exalted gave glad tiding to Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) about this spread many times by revelation. As earlier mentioned one revelation is ‘kataballaho la-aghlebanna anaa wa rosoli’ and there are many besides it.... Few are mentioned as example: Revelation: ‘yansorokomullaho fi deenahe’ Allah the Exalted will help you in His Deen. i.e. the message which he is spreading, is Deen of Allah the Exalted, it is Islam...... Revelation: ‘yansorokallaho min indeh’ i.e. God will help you from Himself. ......Revelation: (translation) ‘I shall give you fame, to the ends of world with honour.’ Honor of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) will be established by Allah the Exalted due to conveying message of Islam.......Revelation: (which became very popular). (translation) ‘I shall take your conveying-the-message to the ends of world.’

So doubtlessly, the message of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) will have to reach in world, and the world will know (is knowing) him as ardent devotee of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and as courageous man of Allah.... Now we see, by MTA (muslim television ahmadiyya international, mta.tv, 24/7), Allah the Exalted is taking message by Himself......Our worldly resources could never have bore expenses , at least not enough for now, to run 24 hour tv channel in various languages and its programs reaching in each part to of world. In various parts of world, translations of Friday sermons by Huzur (a . t.) are reaching; live translation is in 6 or 7 languages.

All this is result of promises of Allah the Exalted with Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace). By viewing the sermons and programs of Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah (a .t.) and other programs, good natured people are joining Ahmadiyyat. Many people write to him how, by MTA, sermons or other programs affected them and they became interested and Allah the Exalted enabled them to accept Ahmadiyyat...... Some days ago, a new Ahmadi in a program said he have had introduction of Jama'at but he was not doing Bai'at, then by hearing sermons he felt encouragement and satisfaction to do Bai'at..... These are works of Allah the Exalted, and are His promises. These will continue to be fulfilled insha-Allah. There is no wonder of us or any human effort is in it.

But, Allah the Exalted says, the sign of best momin is that he should invite people towards Allah. So He wants us to have share in work, which He is doing by Himself. He has decided to accomplish task. He wants us to have share in reward. So each Ahmadi should give importance to convey message to have share of reward and His pleasure.

Thus, the members in Spain too should find time and give one or two days in a month for conveying the message. Find various methods for conveying message according to psychology of local people..... A new Spanish Ahmadi came to meet Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) some days ago, and said conveying message of real islam in Spain should be improved by understanding local psychology. The person said, though they are counted in Europe but their psychology is somewhat different from Europeans. Like people of Europe, they too are afraid of Islam and muslims due to current situation but since muslims have lived a long time in Spain so Spaniards do have unfelt passion of connection with muslims. There is need to rise this passion especially in certain areas like province of Andalusia.

Central secretary for conveying the message and secretaries of local Jama'ats and other office-holders too should plan according to conditions. And each Ahmadi (Khuddam, Ansaar, Lajnah – auxiliaries for men up to 40, above 40, women respectively) too should give time for conveying message. Here, in Spain, Muslims were made Christian with forceful use of sword, seven or eight hundred years ago.

But we have to win hearts with love and affection. Here, in Spain, introduction of Jama'at and Islam is now being at large scale. TV channels and newspapers writes about Jama'at and message is being conveyed by this way. ... An editor or owner of a newspaper came to see Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (a .t.), he showed his newspaper how he writes about Jama'at, it was full page.

At other places, discord is to prove worldly power and superiority. Here and there, conflict is due to competition between poverty and richness. Somewhere quarrel is desire of political parties to get governmental authority. In some places, domestic feuds and discords are over insignificant issues. Somewhere fights and feuds, mischief and discord are due to not paying mutual rights. At places attempt is to make clash to prove racial supremacy. Somewhere, effort is being made to do mischief and discord to get rights by using wrong method.

In short, seeing from any angle, world is embroiled in evil and fight. Neither poor nor rich, neither advanced nor les advanced or progressing countries are spared from this.

So human thinks he is very advanced in this era, he thinks it is era of knowledge, wisdom and light, but actually he has sunk in darkness. Human is moving toward and rather has reached near ditch of destruction by forgetting God the Exalted in his pursuit of world and by considering it as his deity and Rabb / Lord.

In such conditions, up to some extent, one can understand the baffling of non-muslim world in the glitter of world as their religion has been deformed. Their Deen does not present comprehensive and complete solution for them towards Allah the Exalted...... But it is surprising about muslims, who have comprehensive and complete Book in its original condition. And further, God the Exalted has sent Imam of this era according to His promise, to correct differences which have been made in commentaries of Holy Quran and Deen, and to correct the wrong color given to Deen due to mutual differences of scholars.... But instead of, making correction, and listening to this envoy of God the Exalted and to end the differences and discord, majority is following scholars who create discord in the name of Deen. And by following such scholars, they are not listening to the one, sent by Allah the Exalted.

Allah the Exalted made an arrangement to end conflict in world, to create mutual love and brotherhood, and to recognize Him, but Muslims are not paying attention to it. For this very reason, muslim world is surrendering to discords more than anyone else. Their religious and worldly leaders are pushing them to darkness and citizens of same countries are becoming mutually blood thirsty.... Taking advantage of this situation, external world especially non-muslim powers are giving war apparatus and military assistance to muslim groups. It is to make them fight with each other and to draw own benefits. It is very big tragedy.

Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) further said: This situation should draw our attention to do prayers for us (Ahmadi-muslims who have believed Hazrat Promised Messiah - on whom be peace), and for those common-muslims who have not believed him.... It is also needed that we should make our practical conditions and spiritual condition as Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) wants to see for us. Because, if our practical conditions are not such as he (a.s.) wants to see then it is possible we may become among that group which is embroiled in discord.

Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) continuously, repeatedly and in various ways instructed his Jama'at over the years, what should be their conditions after doing Bai'at and which methods they should adopt for this and how they can improve their conditions.... It shows how much he was anxious about his Jama'at lest they forget their purpose, lest they are deformed after doing Bai'at, lest they again begin to move to darkness. He (on whom be peace) said:
“it is essential for our Jama'at that, in this full-of-disturbance era, as everywhere air of error, neglect and astray-ness is blowing, they should adopt Taqwa. The state of world is this, there is no greatness (is considered) of commandments of Allah the Exalted. There is no care about rights and wasaya (instructions: neither they do not know what are their own rights and how to pay, nor they care what they were instructed or they themselves do wasiyyat or wasiyat is done to them). There is more that limit immersion in world and its works. Seeing very little worldly loss, they leave the part which belongs to Deen. They waste rights of Allah the Exalted as all these things are seen in court case-filings and sharing with partners. With intention of greed, they treat each other. Against carnal emotions, they happen to be very weak. Till the time that God has kept them weak, they do not dare to do sin (if they do not sin, it is because they are weak they are afraid lest they are caught and punished) but when as weakness vanishes and chance comes to do sin, immediately commit it. Today, in this age, search in every place, it will be found as if true Taqwa has left and true Eman (belief) is not present at all. But because God the Exalted likes that He does not waste seed of their true Eman (belief) and Taqwa for sure , when He sees now crop has come to near full destruction, He raises more crop. (i.e. if one generation, or some people or one nation become bad, He produces other). Same fresh upon fresh Quran is present, as God the Exalted had said: ‘inna nahno nazzalnazzikra wa inna lahoo la-hafezoon’ (We have sent this zikr / Quran and We are surely Guardian of it). Much portion of Ahadith is present, other blessings are present too, but Eman (belief) in hearts and practical state is not present at all. God the Exalted has sent me so that these things should be developed again. When God saw field is empty, requirement of His divine-nature absolutely did not like that field should remain empty (if evils are spreading, honor of Allah the Exalted, His divine-nature required that He should fill the field again with people or create such people who should give priority to Deen over world, execute Deen, spread, act on Deen) and people should remain away like this, that is why now God the Exalted wants to create a new nation of alive ones. And for it, is our conveying of message so that, life of Taqwa is obtained.”
(so if Ahmadis have done right Bai'at, they shall have to be among spiritual alive ones otherwise there is no benefit. Will this new nation be made by only saying of mouth. No, but for it, there is need to create change in practical states and true Taqwa, only then we can become that new nation which understand reality of Islam, only then we can become those people who obtain pleasure of Allah the Exalted, only then we can fulfill out pledge of Bai'at.)

What is reality of Islam, and how we can get it. ... Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said about it: “lslam is the name, to come under all supremacies of Allah the Exalted and its summary is true obedience and perfect obedience of God the Exalted. Muslims in the one who puts his all being in Huzur of God the Exalted – without hope of any reward, ‘man aslama wajhahu lillahey wa howa mohsin’ i.e. Muslim in one who devotes and surrender his all being to get pleasure of Allah the Exalted. And his intent and purpose, belief-wise and practically, should be to get pleasure and bliss of only Allah the Exalted. And all virtues and good deeds which he should have done, should not be done by labour and difficult way, rather there should be a delight and comfort in these. (if people are practicing commandments of Allah the Exalted, it should not be done as huge burden, rather a delight and deliciousness and happy heart should be there in doing each good work) which should change each kind of trouble in ease. Real muslim loves Allah the Exalted, by saying this and accepting that He is my Beloved, Master, Creator and Benefactor, that is why he puts his head at His threshold. If true muslims is told, nothing will be obtained as reward of these deeds, and there is neither paradise nor hell, neither there are eases and delights, (even then) he absolutely cannot leave his good deeds and love of Allah (it is selfless love with Allah the Exalted which he wants to create, not for any reward, not for fear of hell not to get paradise. Rather, there should be pure love of Allah the Exalted. If nothing is obtained, even then there should be pure love with Allah the Exalted) because his worships and relation with God the Exalted and his obeying commandments and vanishing in obedience is not based and hope of any compensation and reward. Rather he considers his being such a thing that it is in reality made for recognition of God the Exalted, His love and obedience and there is no other intent and purpose of it all. That is why when he uses his God-given powers in these intents and purposes , he only sees face of His real Beloved.” (when you will make relation with Allah the Exalted by being selfless then His face is seen, real connection is developed, he does not keep eyes on paradise and hell, rather his eyes are on pleasure of Allah the Exalted.)

In love of Allah the Exalted, Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) mentions about his state: “ I say if I am given surety that most severe punishment will be given to love God the Exalted and to obey Him, I say swearing that my nature happens to be such that it is ready to bear these troubles and difficulties with an excitement of a delight and love and interest, and despite such surety which is given in form of torment and sorrow, ever coming one step out of obedience and following-the-commandment of God, declares more than thousand rather unlimited death and collection of sorrows and troubles....A real muslim considers destruction for himself to go out of commandment of God, no matter he is given promise of how much luxury and ease is given in this disobedience. So it is essential to be real muslim that nature of such kind should be obtained that love and obedience of God the Exalted should not be based on fear and hope of any reward and punishment, rather should be by being instinctive property and part of nature. Then that love creates a paradise for him by itself and real paradise is this. Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him)’s one Sahabi (among others) was Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him). He was son of Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr-bin-Haram. The later is that Sahabi, about whom Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) said after his martyrdom that Allah the Exalted asked him: What is your desire to be fulfilled. He (ra) said, O Allah it is my desire I should be sent back to world with a re-life and I again become martyr in Your path........Since it is against Way of Allah the Exalted so He said those who are dead are not returned to world again......In short, it shows his level of sacrifice and Allah’s care about him.

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (ra) was son of this Sahabi (ra) of great status. While child, he (son) did Bai'at at the occasion of the Bai'at al-Aqabah sania.

Son was asked by Hazrat Abdullah bin ‘Amr bin Haram to pay his loan after his martyrdom which he owed to a Jew, by selling the fruits from the orchard. Son did so as instructed.

In that time, it was tradition to get loan against crops and orchards. Hazrat Jabbar (ra) too would get loan to meet expenses. He borrowed some money from a Jew against his orchard. But fruit was less and he was not given extra time. There was danger to lose orchard to loan-giver.... (some tradition say matter was about father of Jabbar, ra)

When Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) knew about the matter, he (s.a.w.) recommended loan-giver to give some more time but he did not give so.

(some tradition say matter was about father of Jabbar, ra but from Bukhari matter seemed of later time.)

How Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) showed mercy to his Sahabi and miracle of prayer took place.....

After seeing the attitude of loan-giver, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) made a round of orchard. Then talked to loan-given but he denied again. Meanwhile Jabbar ra took some palm-dates from orchard and presented to Holy Prophet (s.a.w.)...After that he (s.a.w.) took some sleep on dried-leaf- mat in orchard-hut. When he (s.a.w.) woke up, Jabbar presented him some more palm dates. He (s.a.w.) stood and talked to loan-giver again but he did not agreed.

Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) again made a round of orchard and asked Jabber to harvest the dates and pay off the loan. While fruit was being harvested he (s.a.w.) stayed in trees of date-plams...... Loan was fully paid after harvest and still some palm dates were left.
Hazrat Jabbar (may Allah be pleased with him) gave glad news to Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). He (s.a.w.) said: I bear witness that I am Messenger of Allah.

i.e. This miracle took place as Allah the Exalted listened his prayers and blessed his works.

Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) said that as we see kindness of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) in this event, we also see anxiousness of Sahabah ra to pay loan. It is the spirit which should be special distinction of a real momin.... Ahmadis should be very careful in such matters and remember the words of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) that, After coming in my Bai'at, apply the models of Sahabah, (may Allah be pleased with them), on yourselves.

“Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) gave all his wealth and possessions in the path of God the Exalted. And himself, wore blanket. But what did Allah the Exalted gave him at this; made him king of all Arab and made Islam alive by his hand from new point. And showed again to make apostate-Arabiya alive. And gave him all that which was not in fancy and thought of anyone. In short, sincerity and purity and loyalty and regard of those people is follow-able of each Muslim. The life of Sahabah was a such life that this example does not exist in any Prophet’s life from life of all Prophets... The real thing is that, as long as human, by getting separated from his desires and aims, does not come in the Huzur (Presence) of God the Exalted, he does not obtain anything, rather he does his own loss. But if he gets separated from his all self’s desires and aims and go to the Huzur of God the Exalted empty handed and with pure heart, then God gives him, and God the Exalted does his help. But the very condition is this, that human should be ready to die and become sayer of goodbye to disgrace and death in His path....Look, world is a mortal thing, but its delight is received by those who leave it for the sake of God. It is the very reason, the person who is freind of God the Exalted, God the Exalted spreads acceptance for him in the world. It is the same acceptance, for which the one who is absorbed in world, do thousand efforts, so that, by any way, may a title is obtained or chair is obtained in any place or in Court and name is written in chair-sitters. In short, all worldly honors are given to him and his magnificence and acceptance is given in each heart, who becomes ready to leave and to lose everything for God the Exalted, not only ready but leaves. So it is, that everything is given to those who lose, for God the Exalted....... For earthly governments, the one who loses even very little, they get reward. So the one who loses for God, then will he not get reward. They do not die, until they get manifold than it which they have given in the path of God the Exalted. God the Exalted does not keep loan of anyone to Him. But it is sad, there are very few people who believe these things and know the reality of these.”

We see the models of those who show this sincerity and purity, benevolence and regard, with such splendor that surprises human. The power of spiritual cleansing of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) not only changed the directions of their loves from earthly life to God, but gave such heights to the standards of those loves whose example was nonexistent in world before..... How beautifully Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has mentioned the example of this rising and height, said: “The example of this standard of love and sacrifice by them is not even present in the lives of previous Prophets.” .......And as the state of followers of those prophets is concerned, it was very low as compared to Sahabah. These Sahabah were clean of all their self’s desires. They lived their lives by being clean heart and being pure for Allah the Exalted and only and only to get pleasure of Allah the Exalted. When this is the state, God the Exalted blesses and blesses limitlessly. We see these things in the lives of Sahabah. The events of some Sahabah are being presented how they brought their selves under God the Exalted and what models they showed.

Hazrat Abbad bin Bishr (may Allah be pleased with him) was an Ansari (local muslim from Madinah), martyred at the prime youth of age about 35.
An event about his ibadat (worship, devotion) and recitation of Holy Quran is mentioned by Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). On one night Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) woke up at time of Tahajjud, voice of recitation of Holy Quran was coming from mosque. (he s.a. used to wake up very early for Tahajjud). He (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) asked if this voice is of Abbad. Hazrat Aisha ra said, sounds like his voice. At this, Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) prayed for him: O Allah have mercy on Abad.

How fortunate were those people who directly obtained prayers of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) by spending nights in worships of night and recitation of Holy Quran. And they would call Allah the Exalted to please Him and to get His mercies.

Hazrat Abbad ra was sure, due a dream of his, that he would get status of martyrdom... Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri ra said, once Hazrat Abad ra told him: I saw in dream, sky splits and I entered in it and it merged again and came in its original state.

Due to this dream, he would say he was sure Allah the Exalted would give him status of martyrdom....His dream came true in battle of Yamamah and he received martyrdom while fighting with great bravery. His group became victorious over the foe... His body was recognized by a sign of body.

Hazrat Haram bin Malhan (may Allah be pleased with him) : This young man remained at forefront in teaching Quran to young people and others and in serving poor and ‘ashabe suffa’ (Suffah fraternity: immigrant Sahabah from Makkah who did not have any relatives in Madina, they kept learning Quran and Sunnah, they lived behind side of Masjid e nabwi). A tribe asked Holy Prophet sa for teachers for learning Islam but he sa felt danger hidden in question. Tribal head took full responsibility of security. So 70 teachers under leadership of Hazrat Milan were sent. But when they reached that tribe they were martyred by deception. They prayed, O Allah accept our sacrifices and inform about our condition to Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). Hazrat Gabriel (as) informed it to Holy Prophet (sa), he was very grieved and told Sahabah ra about it and prayed against oppressors for 30 days.

Hazrat Ubayy bin Kaab (may Allah be pleased with him) : Once Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) told him: Allah the Exalted has ordered me to recite Quran to you. He was surprised and asked: Has the Lord and Master of universe mentioned me by name and asked to recite Quran to me? Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) replied: Yes, He has mentioned you by name.

Sahaba were people who were oppressed then they would offered sacrifices. They were not like people of today who do oppression and say if we die we shall go to paradise. Sahabah were not like it, Sahabah fought against oppression, not spreading it......They did not fight to do oppression, but when foe attacked then they did not show cowardice and showed gems of bravery and used their all capacities to gain pleasure of Allah the Exalted .

He (a.s.) published a leaflet about it on 20 February 1886, various properties of the promised son were mentioned in it.


In accordance to this, Musleh Moud Day is observed on 20 th February, wherever it is possible, however if appropriate facilities are not available on this date, the date is moved forward or back.


To observe Musleh Mo'ud Day and to organize Jalsas in this regard, is actually due to fulfillment of a majestic prophecy of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), it is not due to the birth of Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad, Khalifatul Messiah II (may Allah be pleased with him)... This clarification is done because members living in West, youth of new generation or people who lack knowledge ask, as Musleh Moud Day is observed, why do birthdays of other Khulafa not celebrated....In this regard, it should be clear, this day (20 th February) is not day of birth of Hazrat Musleh Mo'ud (r.a.). He was born on 12 th January 1889.


Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) further presented:
1- Words of Divine Prophesy about Musleh Mo'ud (promised reformer), as Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) presented.
2- It is evident from writings of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) that, according to him, prophesy was fulfilled in person of (his eldest son) Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (latter, Khalifatul Messiah II r.a.)
3- Likewise Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah I (may Allah be pleased with him) and some other pious members had same view (as above).
4-Various properties and signs were prophesied about the promised son. Some examples are mentioned, how these signs were fulfilled and our own people and others mentioned and felt it.



Words of Divine Prophesy about Musleh Mo'ud (promised reformer son), as Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) presented. (Translation)


“..Prophesy - which is about this most humble, today on 20 February 1886 which coincides with 15 Jamadi ul awwal , with consideration of conciseness and brevity of sentences of revelation - is written as sample. And will be written in detail in booklet. If Allah the Exalted Wills.
First Prophecy, with revelation and declaration by Allah the Exalted and Majestic.
God, Who is Repeatedly-Merciful, Noble, Respected and High, Who is Capable to do everything (Great is His status and His name is honored) said by addressing me with His revelation.
I give you a sign of mercy, according to what you asked for from Me.
Hence I heard your supplications and gave place to your prayers to the rank of acceptance by My mercy.
And blessed your journey (which is journey of Hoshiarpur and Ludhianah) for you.
Hence the sign of power, mercy and nearness is given to you.
Sign of favour and benefaction is granted to you.
And you get the key of opening and victory.
O victorious, peace be on you.
God said it, so that those who seek life, should get salvation from the clutch of death,
And those who have been buried in graves, should come out,
And so that dignity of religion of Islam and of status of the Word of Allah should become manifest to people,
And so that truth should come with all is blessings and false should run away with all its misfortunes,
And so that people should understand that I am Capable what I desire I do,
And so that they should be sure that I am with you,
And so that those should get a manifest sign, who do not believe in the Being of God and see God and God’s religion and His Book and His holy Messenger Muhammad the Chosen one (s) by way of denial and belying,
And the way of criminals should become evident.
Hence good-news to you, that a honorable and holy boy will be given to you.
You will get a virtuous son (boy).
That boy will be from your seed, your offspring and progeny.
Handsome pure boy comes as your guest.
His name is Immanuel and Bashir also.
He is given sacred soul and he is free of atrocity.
He is Allah’s light.
Blessed is he who comes from heavens.
With him, is favour, which will come along with him.
He will be holder of grandeur and greatness and wealth.
He will come in world and will free many from diseases by the blessing of his Messianic self and spirit of truth.
He is Allah’s word because mercy and keen-sense-of-honour of God has sent him with His glorifying word.
He will be very brainy and understanding, and humble at heart, and will be filled with external and internal knowledge.
And he will be maker of three into four.
It is Monday the blessed Monday.
(Persian) Son, delight of heart, high ranking, noble.
(Arabic) A manifestation of the First and the Last, a manifestation of True and the High as if Allah has descended from heavens.
Whose advent will be very blessed and cause of manifesting of Divine Majesty.
Light comes the light, whom God has anointed with perfume of His pleasure.
We shall put Our spirit in him and the shadow of God will be over his head.
He will grow very fast.
And will be the means of salvation of captives.
And will get fame to the ends of the earth.
And nations will get blessing from him.
Then, will be raised to place for his soul in heaven.
(Arabic) And it is a thing decreed.”

[40:3] The revelation of this Book is from Allah, al-Aziz (Who has complete dominance), al-Aleem (Who has perfect knowledge).

[40:4] Ghafer iz zumbe (The Forgiver of sin) and Qaabelit taube (the Acceptor of repentance), Shadid il eqaabe (Severe in punishment), Zit tol (Who grants a lot, and Who has vastness). There is none worthy of worship except Him. Towards Him is the final return.

[2:256] Allah - there is none worthy of worship except Him, al-Haai (Always Alive), al-Qaiyum (Exists by Himself). Slumber seizes Him not, nor sleep. To Him belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that will intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them; and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He pleases. His kursi / kingdom extends over the heavens and the earth; and the care of both of them burdens Him not; and He is al-Ali (Who has very great glory) al-Azim (Who has great magnificence).

Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) said that first four verses, including ‘bismillah verse’ are from surah al- Momin and one verse is ayatul kursi, which is verse from surah al-Baqrah.....In these verses, certain attributes of Allah the Exalted and His glory and magnificence is stated.

About the importance of these verses, Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) said that, who recited in morning, from ‘Ha mim’ al-momin to ‘elaihil masir’ and also recited ‘ayatul kursi’ too, by these two, he will be guarded till he does evening. And who recited these two in evening, he will be guarded by these till he does morning..

First verse of surah momin is ‘bismillah-ir-rahman-i-rahim’...... The attributes al-rahman and al-rahim are explained in translation above.

Then ‘haa-mim’ -- these are ‘huroof e muqatte-at’ (disjointed letters).

‘haa-mim’ are for ‘hameed’ and ‘majeed’.... ‘hameed’ means the One Who is praiseworthy and real praise fits only to Him.... It is only Allah the Exalted Who possesses ‘hamd’ / praise.... Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) explains the word ‘hamd’ :

“let it be clear, hamd is called for that praise which is done for a good act of a rightful-of-praise. Also it is name of praise of such benefaction-doer, who has done benefaction by His intention, and has done beneficence according to His Will.
And reality of hamd, in its right, is certain only for that Being Who is source of all bounties and enlightements and does beneficence to someone knowingly, not unconsciously, or by any compulsion.”

(the right of real praise is only for that Being who does beneficence, not due to any compulsion and cause but He continues to do beneficence)

“these meanings of hamd are only found in the Being of God - the Khabeer (All-Aware) and (All-Seeing), and He is beneficent and initial and final, all beneficence are from Him. And all praise is for Him, in this world and in that world too. And all praise which is done for others-than-Him, its place-of-return is He too.”

( i.e. if praise is done for any other, the others are made praiseworthy or they are made able that they are praised, it is bounty of Allah the Exalted. Allah the Exalted made them enable to do such work, because of which, they are praised.)

Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) further explained the word hamd:

“hamd is said to be that praise which is done by tongue, for a sovereign noble Being, with intention of His glorification and honour at His good deeds. And the most perfect ‘hamd’ is especially for Lord, the Majestic. And the source of all kind of hamd, whether it is small or big, is our that Lord Who guides those-who-have-lost-way and grants honour to humble people. And He is praiseworthy of praise-worthies” (i.e the beings which are praiseworthy, all of them are praising Him)
Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said more about word hamd: “ there is another indication in word ‘hamd’ and that is this, that Allah, the Blessed and Exalted says, O My servants, identify Me by My attributes, and recognize Me by My excellences. I am not like imperfect-beings, but the station-of-My-hamd is more than who do hamd with extreme exaggeration. And you will not find any praiseworthy attributes in heavens and earths which you could not find in My Being. If you want to count my praiseworthy attributes, you will be able to count them at all. No matter, how much you ponder with full effort and how much trouble you bear like those who are absorbed in their work. Ponder a lot! Do you see any such hamd which is not found in My Being? Do you get sign of such perfection which is far from Me and My Court? And if you think so then you did not recognize Me at all and you are from among blinds”

(so each hamd is proper for Allah the Exalted)
“but surely I am recognized by My .. attributes and My excellences. And My torrential rain is known by clouds of My blessings. So the people who believed Me full of all perfect attributes and all excellences, and they saw any excellence anywhere, and they saw any grandeur upto extreme flight of their thought, they attributed them to Me. And every greatness which became significant in their wisdoms and eyes and every capability which was seen in the mirror of their thoughts, they attribute it to Me. So these are such people who move fastn on the paths of My comprehension. Truth is with them and they shall become successful. Thus, may Allah the Exalted keep you with wellness. Standup and get busy in search of attributes of God Who has grandeur, and think and use insight like learned and thoughtful people about these.”

(because by understanding attribute of hamd, understanding of other attribute is obtained or can be obtained)

“check carefully and cast deep sight at each aspect of perfection, and in apparent and inner of this universe, and search it as a eager human continues to search for his desires with great affection.”

(to know favors of Allah the Exalted, to know His attributes, to do His hamd, to find ways ..do lot of effort, do effort like eager human)

“thus when you reach its perfect excellence, and find its odour, so as if you find Him and it is such secret which opens at seekers of guidance. Thus it is your Lord and your Master Who Himself is perfect and source of all perfect attributes and praises.”

(all hamd, all praises and praiseworthy things belongs to Him. So it is understanding of Allah being Holder of hamd, which we should obtain so that we recognize His other attributes too.)

Next, Allah the Exalted says, He is Majeed, Holder of Majd, bazurgi / dignity. Bazurgi of Allah the Exalted is not the bazurgi which we say about human i.e someone is great bazurg, or we say about people of old age that he has become bazurg. But for Allah the Exalted, bazurgi means He is extremely praiseworthy; and has such great magnificence, to which none can reach; there is no limit of Whose favour; Who grants and grants continuously tirelessly.

So when reciting the verse, these meanings of Allah being Holder of Majd, should be before us. And also the meaning of hamd, which are explained earlier.

Next, Allah the Exalted says, He is Aziz. It means He is Master of powers. He is more powerful than all powerful ones and He is undefeatable, it is impossible to defeat Him. All honors belongs to Him. His worth and importance is countless. He is dominant over everything. None can be like Him....It is meaning of Aziz.

Next said, Allah the Exalted is Aleem, i.e. He has knowledge of everything, either taken place or will happen in future. From Whom, nothing is hidden, Whose knowledge fully encompasses everything. So, this is, that God Who revealed this Book i.e. Noble Quran and Who has sent this last Shariah, He has filled knowledge of needs of all eras in it. And now all kind of security and dominance will be and can be achieved by truly practicing it.

The people, whom he attracted, he made them pure and clean.”

What kind of changes Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) developed in his Sahabah, Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) says: “We see the state of Sahabah, not any liar is seen in them. Even though when we see the early state of Arabs, they are seen laying in very low state. They were occupied in idol-worshipping, they were bold and fearless in usurping wealth of orphans and in all kind of evil deeds, they would do live like dacoits. In short, they were sunk in filth from head to feet.”

But, he (s.a.w.) created such revolution in them, example of which is not found in other nations and this miracle of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) is so great that it is enough to open eyes of the world.

“It is difficult to reform a person but here a nation was prepared which showed such model of their Eman (belief) and sincerity that, for truth they were slaughtered like sheep and goat, which they had opted. Reality is this, they did not remain earthly but teaching of Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) guidance and effective advice had made them heavenly, holy properties were developed in them. It is that model of Islam, which we present before the world. Due to this correction and guidance, Allah gave the name Muhammad to Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) as prophesy, by which his praise took place in earth, because he filled the earth with peace, conciliation and excellent morals and beneficence.”

Hazrat khalifaul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) said: Today too, we see, fair people do not hesitate to admit that Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) turned extremely illiterate, ill-mannered and sunk-in-filth people into educated and Godly people. Few years ago, a Jewish, scholar came to meet me, he said that despite Jews are not allowed to go in Masjid e Aqsaa, he went there and saw all, he gave a long account. Person who was showing, the supervisor, felt doubt that he is non-muslim. Every time he said something, which could show he was muslim, even he recited kalmia ‘la ilaha illallah muhammadur rasulullah’ to make the supervisor believe he was muslim. After he saw all well, supervisor said though you have recited kalmia but doubt still remains, please tell me the reality.... Jewish visitor said: you are right I am not Muslim, I am a Jew. As far as matter of reciting kalimah, I believe in ‘la ilaha illallah’ there is none worthy of worship except Allah. .. And as I said ‘muhammad rasullullah’. I believe it too because I know the history of Arabs, what was their condition, only a prophet can correct the condition of Arabs which was before the claim of holy prophet (s.a.w.), no earthly leader could have changed that state. So regardless I believe Muhammad (s.a.w.) or not, I consider him Prophet sent by God.
Huzur (a . t.) said: In short, despite worldliness, he admitted the great revolution brought by Holy Prophet (s.a.w.)...Today too, if one sees with fairness, the changes developed in Sahabah due to attractive power of cleansing, one has to admit he (s.a.w.) was really Messenger of Allah.

About the remarkable station and changes occurred in Sahabah, Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) said: “See the example of Sahabah. In fact the models of Noble Sahabah are such that these are examples of all Prophets. Indeed God likes deeds, they offered their lives like goats, and their example is like a structure of Prophethood which is coming from Adam (on whom be peace), but it was not being understood, however Noble Sahabah showed it with shine, and told that, it is called sincerity and loyalty.......The kind of unrestful life, they lived, its example too is not available anywhere. The group of Noble Sahabah was strange group, valuable and obey-able group. Their hearts had been filled with certainty. When there is certainty, then gradually at first heart wants to offer wealth etc. Then when it increases, then certainty-holder become ready to offer life for the sake God.”

Excellence of Sahabah: Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) said: “ ‘la tulhihim tejaratun wa la baiun un zikrillah’ (Allah the Exalted says in Holy Quran... Whom, neither any trade or buying selling make unmindful from remembrance of Allah). Only this one verse is enough in favor of Sahabah that they had made great changes. And English people too admit it that their example is difficult to find anywhere. People who lived in desert and that much bravery and courage. Surprise..!...They are such men, neither commerce can stop them from remembrance of Allah and nor trade prevents. That is, they have such full perfection in love of Allah that worldly engagements, no matter in how much abundance these come, cannot make disruption in their condtion........Remember, perfect servants of Allah the Exalted are the ones, about whom it is said ‘la tulhehim wa la baiun un zikrillah’ i.e. when heart creates true connection and love with God the Exalted, it does not get separated from Him. Its this state can be understood in this way that as if child of someone is sick, no matter he goes anywhere, busy in any work but his heart and attention will remain in that child. Likewise those people who create true relation and love with God they do not forget God in any condition.”

So Noble Sahabah had created such true connection and love with God that there was no question they were to be unmindful to God in any way or they were to avoid any sacrifice.

Hazrat Khubab bin Art (r.a.) : When time of his death came close, he had so much fear and khashiat of Allah the Exalted, he asked his shroud should be brought for seeing, he saw it was made of nice cloth. He asked his dears: would you give me such nice shroud? And he wept and said: only a sheet (shroud) was available for uncle of Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), , it was so small that if feet were covered, head would be uncovered, if head was covered, feet would be uncovered, then, at the guidance of Messenger of Allah, (s.a.w.), feet were covered with grass...Then he said with extreme khashiat, in the time Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.), I did not own one dinar or dirham, and today due to blessing of favor of Messenger of Allah, (s.a.w.) due to rewards of Allah the Exalted due to acceptance of those sacrifices, Allah the Exalted has given me so much wealth that there is a box in the corner of my house, forty thousand dirhams are in it. Allah the Exalted has granted us so much that, I am afraid, lest Allah the Exalted has given reward of our deeds in this very world and I may not be deprived of reward of life in hereafter......When Sahabah went to see him in his last sickness, and comforted him by saying it seemed he was about to meet his honorable Sahabah. ....He wept and said, Do not think I wept due to fear of death but I wept for reason that, the station of those Sahabah was very high, whom you have mentioned me as their brother. I do not know whether I qualify to be their brother or not. The people who passed before us, did not get benefit from those worldly things, from which we are getting benefit.....His station of khashiat of Allah and Taqwa was such that he considered himself very meek. He was worried and had fear whether Allah the Exalted will be pleased with him or not after his death, he prayed for pleasure of Allah the Exalted. His sacrifice and service for Deen was not less than anyone else..
Hazrat Ali (r.a.) as khalifah lead Janazah Salaat for him and said words of praise for him. From these words, station of Hazrat Khubab is learned. Hazrat Ali (r.a.) said: May Allah the Exalted have mercy on Khubab, he accepted Islam with extreme love and affection and then found ability to migrate. The life he spent was a life of struggle-doer. He passed through severe trials and showed model of extreme patience. Allah the Exalted does not waste reward of such people who do virtuous deeds.
Let’s see how great was the station of Hazrat Khubab (r.a.) in the eyes of Hazrat Umer (r.a.). Once, Hazrat Umer (r.a.) invited Hazrat Khubab (r.a.) and asked him to sit at his seat of honor, and said: Khubab! You are worthy to sit at this seat with me. I do not think, there is anyone who deserves to sit on this seat with me except Bilal who suffered a lot by accepting Islam in initial time...Hazrat Khubab said: O Ameerul Momeneen! No doubt Bilal too deserves, but as a matter of fact, there were savers to save Bilal from polytheists so Hazrat Abu Bakr (r.a.) bought him and freed him. But there was none of me who could have saved me from this oppression and a day was such when infidels caught me and put me in fire and an oppressor placed his foot on my chest, by which it became impossible for me to get out of that fire. My back burnt while laying on burning-coals....Then Hazrat Khubab took away cloth from his back and showed it, there were white marks of white lines..He told that these marks (skin and fat melted and new skin emerged) are due to laying on burning-coals.......Hazrat Khubab (r.a.) participated in Bader and Uhad (battles inflicted by infidels to crush early Islam).
Despite all this, at the time of death, he was worried whether Allah the Exalted will be pleased or not!

Hazrat Muaz bin Jabal (r.a.) : He was a Sahabi, it is said about him, he used to offer Tahajjud Salaat, he would offer worship long. His close associates told about his Tahajjud that he would retuest to Allah the Exalted: O my Master! Everybody is sleeping at this hour, eyes are sleeping. O Allah! You are Hae (Ever-Alive and Life-Giver) and Qaiyum (Established and Establisher of others). I seek paradise from You, but I am somewhat slow in it, and weak in running away from Fire. O Allah! grant me guidance from Yourself and I should have that guidance on Qaiyamat too when You will not do against Your promise.
He used to spend a lot of wealth in the path of Allah the Exalted and he would get loan for this reason...Son of Hazrat Ka’ab bin Malik states about Hazrat Muaz that Allah the Exalted had amazing treatment for Hazrat Muaz. He was very handsome and very generous, his prayers were accepted a lot, what he would ask from Allah the Exalted, He would grant him, Allah the Exalted had special dealing with him, if there were loans to him Allah the Exalted would provide means to pay these. Allah the Exalted had granted him a strange understanding and wisdom.

Due to love for Allah the Exalted, these Sahabah loved Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) or due to love of Messenger of Allah, (s.a.w.) because his (s.a.w.) ‘quwatey qudsi’ / attractive-power-of-cleansing created understanding of love of Allah the Exalted in them..... As mentioned, quwate qudsi of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) created a revolution in them otherwise these narraives of love would never have been recorded....Their love for Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) for the sake of Allah the Exalted was unique as Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) has mentioned.

History has recorded such event about Hazrat Shumas bin Usman (r.a.) which became an example of his love for Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). It is also an example to set highest standard of sacrifice for Islam....In Uhad-battle, where mention of love of story of Hazrat Talha (r.a.) is present, how he placed his hand in front of blessed face of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) so that no arrow should reach him, there Hazrat Shumas too did a very great role.....Hazrat Shumas (r.a.) stood before Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and took each attack on himself...... Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said about Hazrat Shumas (r.a.) : If I compare Shumas with anything, I shall compare with a shield that he became a shield for me in the field of Uhad. In defending me, he continued to fight from front back right and left till his last breath. Where ever I would see, I could see Shumas fighting with extreme bravery........When foe succeeded to attack Holy Prophet (s.a.w)..........then too Shumas remained standing as shield in front of him (s.a.w.) till he was severely wounded......He was brought to Madinah in this condition. Hazrat Umme Salmah said he is son of my uncle, that is why his care taking and cure should be done at my house...... But due to severity in wounds, he passed away after one or one and half day...... Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said that Shumas should be buried in his clothes as rest of the martyrs are done.

Hazrat Saeed bin Zaid (r.a.) : He was brother in law of Hazrat Umer (r.a.). He is the one, after he accepted Islam, when Hazrat Umer raised his hand to hit him, his wife (sister of Hazrat Umer) came forward and was wounded. Its such effect took place at Hazrat Umer that his attention was developed to accept Islam.


There is an incident about level of contentment and fear of God of Hazrat Saeed....His living was based on an estate. A woman’s area was attached with his area. She filed claim that his land is actually her and he has seized some of her area. Hazrat Saeed said there was no need to fight case and gave up his whole land and gave the area to her. He said I have heard from Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) that the person who take someone’s land falsely even one span, he will have to bear burden of seven lands on the day of Qaiyamat.......So I do not want to have this blame on me. But lest people say he had seized someone’s land, he being prayer-doer he prayed, if she is not oppressed and is oppressor, then may Allah the Exalted seize her to bad end........It is reported she became blind and died and became sign to get advice. ........

Hazrat Khalifatul messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) further explained: How fortunate are people who spend their wealth in the way of Allah the Exalted with this view... Today, by the favour of Allah the Exalted, there is none at the face of earth except the Ahmadi who thinks about financial sacrifice for the sake of pleasure of Allah the Exalted. Maybe some others do so, but as Jama'at, it is only Jama'at Ahmadiyya, which does financial sacrifice for pleasure of Allah; for helping needy and for propagating Deen - even with burden.

Allah the Exalted does not need any wealth for His Being. To spend for His sake means, to spend for goodness of His creature, and for the superiority of His Deen.
Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) said by giving reference of Allah the Exalted. It is Hadith e Qudsi. Allah the Exalted says: Be satisfied by depositing your treasure to Me, neither fear of fire nor sinking in water nor fear of theft by thief. I shall give all treasure to you, which is deposited to Me, on the day when you will need it mostly.

So what we think we have spent for the sake of pleasure of Allah the Exalted, Allah the Exalted says it is not actually spent, it is deposited in your (spiritual) account and when you will need it, Allah the Exalted shall return it.

Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) said that, On Qiyyamat, till the end of accountability, those had spent in the path of Allah, would remain under the shadow of their offered-wealth.

Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) has also placed a condition that, Allah the Exalted does not like wealth earned by wrong means as offering.

We should always keep in mind that our wealth should always be pure, only then it will be accepted.

Companions of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) used to do effort and work hard for earning to seek pleasure of pleasure of Allah the Exalted and to participate in any Tehrik / motivation for financial sacrifice, would offer chanda-s and sadaqaat.

Tradition by Hazrat Abu Ayub Ansari (r.a.) : When Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) would do Tehrik about Sadaqah and financial sacrifice some of us would go to bazaar and do labour and if some would get even a Mud (grain-measure equal to 543 grams) he would use it for that Tehrik. ... We would go to bazaar for earning, to put some share in sacrifice... Allah the Exalted blessed us in this world and some had such state that they had 100,000 or more Dirham or Dinar.

A tradition tells Hazrat Abu Bakr (r.a.), when he became muslim he possessed 40000 Ashrafi, in addition to estate. He desired to spend all this for Deen and continued to do so. At the time of Hijrah / migration, only 500 Ashrafi left from that....(from today’s standard those gold Ashrafis are 11 or 12 million british pound, it is more than our worldwide budget of Waqfe Jadid .. name of chanda)
This was state of Companions, those had nothing, they labored and offered (equal to) few pennies / cents /rupees, and those who had wealth they did not fear poverty and spent fearlessly in the way of Allah the Exalted.

Then we find in the Companions of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), we often hear unlimited sacrifice by Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah I (r.a.), whenever Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) asked.......There was Hazrat doctor khalifah-Rashiddin sahib, he was father of Hazrat Umme Nasir, when he heard about claim of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) he immediately said, the man with such huge claim cannot be false, and right away did Bai'at. He was at forefront in financial sacrifices. He was governmental doctor by profession. He was rich. Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) counted him in his 12-disciples. Hazrat Musleh Maud (r.a.) said his sacrifices were so great that Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) honoured him by saying that he has done so much financial sacrifices for Movement that he does not need to offer sacrifice in future.

Anyway, these people would offer sacrifices. Despite honour received, he continued to offer sacrifices....During Gurdaspur-case, Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) motivated Jama'at for financial sacrifices, as there were expenses due to case and due to Langer-Khana (free kichten service) in Gurdaspur and Qadian too...Coincidentally, khalifah-Rashidduddin sahib received his salary on same day when Tehrik was made, he sent his all salary, 450 Rupees (today’s hundreds of thousand) in service of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.). Someone told him he should have kept some money for need in home, he replied Messiah of God says there is need for Deen, then for whom I should keep......Likewise Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) affectionately mentioned some of his poor Companions and their sacrifices.....He (a.s.) said: I am surprised for love and sincerity of my Jama'at that, among them, of very little income such as Mian Jamaluddin, Khairuddin, Imammuddin Kashmiri lives near my village. They three are poor brothers, who perhaps earn 3 or 4 annas daily by labour, but they offer monthly Chanda regularly. I am surprised at the sincerity of Mian Abdual Aziz Patwari too. Despite low earning, one day he offered 100 Rupees and went, he said: I want, it is used in the path of God..... Perhaps that poor had saved that 100 Rupees in many years but excitement for Allah cause enthusiasm for pleasure of Allah.

So this continuity of financial sacrifices is in accordance of commandment of Allah the Exalted — as some events of financial sacrifices of companions of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and of companions of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) are mentioned above.

By the grace of Allah the Exalted, today too, this continuity is seen in the Jama'at of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.)... Allah the Exalted has granted such understanding of sacrifice to the Jama'at of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) which none other has in world. We see many examples of it.

Hazrat khalifatul Messiah V (a . t.) further said: In the first sermon of January, customarily, new financial year of waqfe jaded is announced, thus with regard to this, I shall mention some faith-inspiring events of those who offered financial sacrifice in Waqfe Jadid, how God the Exalted bless them in this world too, which became means of strength of their Eman (belief)...Members offer financial sacrifice with zeal, and they do it according to model of Companions who would go to bazaar at the Tehrik for financial sacrifice and would present obtained-labour-money in the service of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him)..We find similar examples today too.

Burkina Faso: Amir sahib said that, in Jama'at of Kari, nearby government is placing fiber optic cable underground, some khuddam ( Ahmadi men under age 40) talked to contractor to get digging work for one kilometer. They did job and received one-million- Franc CFA (about 1250 British Pound), then they paid the whole amount for Chanda Waqfe Jadid. ...Such enthusiasm is not seen today except in Jama'at Ahmadiyya.

How Allah the Exalted give strength in Eman (belief) through blessing by youth and children : A member of Jama'at of Kandura region in Burkina Faso said that he had to make a journey and fiscal year of Waqfe Jadid was ending. Crop was being cutting process. Before leaving, he told children to give 10 th part in Chanda when cutting was completed.... Children brought all grain to home and did not offer Chanda. When he came back, he learned Chanda was not paid, he asked children to bring all grain out and immediately separate share for Chanda. After doing so, all grain was placed back but no take away was seen. Children were surprised to see despite Chanda is separated yet amount of grain is same. He told them, Allah the Exalted has shown you that wealth does not decrease by spending in His path, rather it increases.

So such is the Eman (belief) of people who are sitting thousands of miles away, they accepted Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and practice true teaching of Islam.

An event about removal of difficulties and strength of Eman (belief) by the blessing of Chanda....Yaqub sabib of Jama'at Ivory Coast said, I am Ahmadi from long time but was not participating in system of Chanda. My life was always in trouble, sometime children remained ill, sometimes unrest was due to bad crop...But now I am in financial system of Waqfe Jadid since last 3 years. By the grace of God the Exalted, after being part of it, God the Exalted has changed my life, my children are healthier than before, and more crop is obtained.

Hazrat Abu Bakr (r.a.) : Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) wrote: Once when commandment was given to offer wealth in the path of truth, Hazrat Siddiq e Akbar (Abu Bakr Siddiq) brought all things of house. When Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) asked what was left in house, he (r.a.) replied, he has left God and Messenger in house. He was rich of Makkah but he wore poor person’s dress after being Muslim.

About his humbleness: Once Hazrat Abu Bakr ra and Hazrat Umar ra had argued, voices rose. Later Hazrat Abu Bakr went to Hazrat Umar for regret but he did not accept. Hazrat Abu Bakr met Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and mentioned the incidence, and requested for pardon. Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said, may Allah the Exalted forgive...After sometime, Hazrat Umar too felt remorse for mistake and went to house of Hazrat Abu Bakr to say sorry but he was not at home. Then he went to Holy Prophet (s.a.w.). Seeing him, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) face become reddish. When Hazrat Abu Bakr saw Holy Prophet was so much displeased with Hazrat Umar, he sat on knees, and requested, mistake was mine, please forgive Umar......Such was Hazrat Abu Bakr (r.a.)’s humbleness and fear of Allah the Exalted and Hazrat Umar (r.a.) came to seek forgiveness. Regret was from both sides.
This was the pure society established by Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and its habitants received pleasure of Allah the Exalted.

Hazrat Umar (r.a.) : Humbleness : A person said to Hazrat Umar that you are better than Hazrat Abu Bakr. Hazrat Umar began to weep and said, By God! One night and one day of Abu Bakr is better than whole life of Umar and his progeny...Hazrat Umar explained, the night was the one when Hazrat Abu Bakr ra accompanied Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) during his migration. His day was that when Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) died and Arab denied Salaat and Zakaat, and Hazrat Abu Bakr did jihad, contrary to my advice, and Allah the Exalted proved he was at truth by giving him success.

Hazrat Usman (r.a.) was a great Sahabi of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.). He was very kind with people and had many other properties... Hazrat Aisha (r.a.) said, he was kindest with people and very fearful of Allah the Exalted...He sacrificed a lot for Deen. When extension of Masjid e Nabwi was needed, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said houses around it should be added in it. Hazrat Usman came forward and bought the area in 15000 dirhams for mosque....When muslims were facing water shortage, he bought a water well for them from a non-muslim at very high price.

Hazrat Ali (r.a.) : Amir Moawia asked someone to mention qualities of Hazrat Ali. Person asked, will you hear? Amir said yes, I shall hear. He said, listen: Hazrat Ali had high patience. He was strongly-built. He would say decisive things, and decide with justice. Spring of knowledge would emerge from him, wisdom would drip from each side of him. He would feel uneasiness from world and its glows, liked night and its solitude (for worship), would cry, would ponder long. He lived among us like us (simple life). By God, we were hesitant to talk to him despite relation of love and nearness. He respected pious-religious people, and would give place to poor near him. He would not give chance to powerfuls who had greedy intention, week would not be hopeless from his justice. These were qualities of Hazrat Ali ..Amir Moawia said, you are right and wept.

Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Auf (r.a.) : He had high station in offering financial sacrifices. He was very rich trader....Once a person was making circuits (tawaf) around Kaba, he heard someone praying, O Allah save me from close-fistedness of my self.... When the person looked who was praying so, he saw he was Abdur Rahman Auf......Once his business convoy came to Madina; 700 camels were loaded with wheat, flour and other things. People in Madina were talking about such big convoy. When Hazrat Aisha (r.a.) heard about convoy, she said she had heard from Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) that Abdur Rahman is paradise-inhabitant..When he was informed about it, he went in the presence of her and said: By making you witness, I devote the whole loaded convoy including camels, in the way of Allah.....Station of Hazrat Abdur Rahman can be seen, as once when Hazrat Khalid argued with him, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said, O Khalid, Do not say anything to my Sahabah. Even if anyone of you spend gold equivalent of Uhad mountain, he cannot reach to that morning or evening of Abdur Rahman which he passed in struggling in the way of Allah the Exalted.

Hazrat Sa’ad bin Waqqas (r.a.) : About event of his Eman (belief) : He said: When I accepted Islam, my mother said, what is new religion, you have joined; Anyway this religion will have to be left, otherwise I will neither eat nor drink till I shall die, and people will taunt you are killer of mother....He said: Mother! never do so because I cannot leave my Deen. But she did not agree. Three days and night passed she did not eat and drink anything. She was weak due to hunger....He said: Then I said to her, By God, if you have 1000 lives, and they leave one by one, even then I shall not leave my Deen...When she saw this resolve of son, she bagan to take food........Allah the Exalted says, obey parents, serve them but when matter comes about Allah and Deen, then you have to obey to Allah anyway.

Hazrat Sa’ad bin Waqqas (r.a.) found opportunity to serve Holy Prophet (s.a.w.). When he (s.a.w.) came to Madinah after people of Makkah did not let him live there and due to tense conditions, he (s.a.w.) felt need of security duty by someone, and he could not sleep well for many nights, though he used to sleep little...One night he (s.a.w.) said, how nice it would have been, if any servant of Allah had done security-duty at night. As Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) was saying so, suddenly sound of personal-arms-carrying came. He (s.a.w.) asked who was it, answer came, I am Sa’ad....He (s.a.w.) why have you come? Sa’ad replied, I felt concern about your security so I have come to guard you. Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) prayed for him and slept peacefully at night.

Hazrat Zubair bin Alwam (r.a.) : He had lot of fear of Allah, lest He is displeased with him for any of his act. Once his son asked him, why he does not narrate sayings of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) in abundance. He replied, I have never separated from Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), since I accepted Islam, I have lot of narrates and references, but I am afraid of this warning of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) : he who attributed faslehood to me, let him make his abode in hell.

Hazrat Zubair was very brave. ... He was very wealthy and would give lot of charity.

Hazrat Talha bin Ubaidullah (r.a.) : He was a wealthy person and would spend in the way of Allah the Exalted. Once he sold a part of his estate in 700,000 dihams to Hazrat Usman (r.a.) and offered all money in the way of Allah the Exalted.....He was very hospitable for guests. Once three very poor people of a tribe accepted Islam and came to Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), he (s.a.w.) asked who, from Sahabah, will take responsibility of being guardian of them....Hazrat Talha (r.a.) happily took them to his house, and hosted them and made them part of home till they passed away.....He a was warm friend, once he very warmly welcomed a friend who has just received pardon. That friend was very moved.......Hazrat Talha (r.a.) was a busy man but he would come home smiling and happily and go out gladly, he would treat people of home happily. When he was asked something he would not be miser. If one were remained silent, he would grant byself. He would keep seeing needs of family and make effort to fulfill these. He was thankful for good done to him. He was forgiving.....These principles make homes and married life peaceful, and it is model for us.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas’ud (r.a.) : Hazrat Umar (r.a.) appointed him to educate and train people of Kufa but first informed them he is needed in Madina but I am sending him for you.... Such was his station.....He was also made Amir, Qazi and in-charge of ‘baitul mal’ (treasury).......Later for some wisdom and mischiefs of people of Kufa, Hazrat Usman asked him to come back to Madinah. People of Kufa told him to stay there and do not return, it is our responsibility that no one will harm you...At this Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas’ud (r.a.) said: Obedience of Khalifah of time is obligatory on me, and I can not accept to open any door of trouble by disobeying him. He returned to Madinah......A narrator said: I sat in gathering of many Sahabah, but Abdullah bin Mas’ud’s non-desire for worldliness and desire for hereafter had unique grandeur........ Despite non-desire for world, he liked purity in appearance; he would dress exquisite white dress and used high quality perfume...About him, Hazrat Talha said, his perfume was such great, it could be recognized, Abdullah bin Mas’ud is coming.....So worldly things were used but affection with these was not present.

Hazrat Bilal (r.a.) : He continued to bear all kind of troubles, but always raised slogan of God-the One. He would be dragged on hard stones and hot sand, despite it, he remained firm in his Eman (belief) and said Ahad, Ahad (God is One), la ilaha illAllah Muhammad ur rasulullah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah, Muhammad is His Messenger).

Hazrat Sa’ad bin Ma’az Ansari (r.a.) : In representation of Ansar, he fulfilled the expectation of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) on the day of battle of Badr and said, O Messenger of Allah, we believed you, and recognized you, and gave testimony that teaching brought by you is right, and we have made firm promise with you that we shall immediately obey you after hearing you, so O messenger of Allah, whatever is your plan, please move forward according to it, inshallah you will find us with you, if you ask us to jump in sea we shall jump in it and anyone of us will not remain behind, and we are not worried in contending foe, and we well know to contend firmly, we have full hope Allah the Exalted will show to you from us, by which you will like, so please take us wherever you want to.

These were the people who fulfilled their promises, and established models, Allah the Exalted was pleased with them. These are models of few Sahabah, history is full of their models, these are people which are to be followed by us.

Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said: By leaving Quran, to get success is impossible and out of question matter. And such success is imaginary matter, which they are seeking. Place models of sahabah before you. Look, when they followed Prophet of God (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and gave precedence to Deen over world, all those promises which Allah the Exalted made with them, were fulfilled. In beginning, opponents mocked that they cannot come out freely but make claim of kingship. But by getting lost in obedience of Messenger of Allah, they found that, which had not come in their share since centuries. They loved Noble Quran and Noble Messenger and were busy obeying them day and night. They would not follow even the practice and customs of those whom they called infidels, and began to practice purely Islamic teaching. As long as Islam remained in this state, era of high power and exaltation remained..........Sahabah were so loyal and obedient of commandment of Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) that such example is not found in students of any prophet, and they were so firm at commandments of God that Holy Quran is full of their praises. It is written when commandment of unlawfullness of alcohol was implemented, then as much alcohol which was present in vessels, was wasted, and it is said that so much alcohol gushed that drains flowed. And then such disgusting act was not done by anyone (repented from drinking alcohol for ever) and they became firm enemy of alcohol. Look how this steadfastness was for obedience. They obeyed Messenger of Allah with such loyalty, love, devotion and excitement, it was never done by anyone. It is learned by reading conditions of Jama'at of Musa (on whom be peace) that many a times it wanted to throw stones. And disciples of Hazrat Esa (on whom be peace) were so weak in faith that chrisains themselves too have to admit, and Hazrat Messiah himself, in Injeel, give them name lazy in faith. They did severe betrayal with their teacher and showed model of disloyalty that they became separated in this time of trouble. One caused arrest, other denied by cursing. But Sahabah were such devoted and life-sacrificing, that God the Exalted Himself testified for them, that they did not hesitated to sacrifice lives in His way. And each property of Eman (belief) is present in them; worshipper, pious, generous, brave and loyal. These conditions of Eman (belief) are not present in any other people.....As much troubles, Sahabah had to be bear in the beginning of Islam, its example is not found in any other people. This brave people accepted to bear these troubles, but did not leave Islam. The acme of these troubles eventually became this, that they had to leave country, and they had to migrate with Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). and when mischiefs of infidels crossed the limit in the sight of God, and these became punishable, then God the Exalted appointed very Sahabah that they should punish these rebellious people, then these people who worshiped their God in mosques day and night, and whose number was very little, who did not have any means of war, they had to come in battle field to stop attacks of opponents, Islamic wars were defensive......If era of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and Noble Sahabah (r.a.) is seen, it is known they were very simple people. As vessel become clean by process of tin-polishing, their hearts were like this which were lighted by divine words, and fully cleansed of malice of selfas if they were true proof of ‘qad aflaha man zakkaha’ ......If human is clean like this, and make himself lighted like tin-coated vessel, food of bounties of God the Exalted is put is that but now how many human are like it, and are proof of ‘qad aflaha man zakkaha’.

So we should make the effort that we should correct ourselves, and clean our vessels. If we accepted true devotee of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) i.e Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) then we should make effort to practice all those things which he (a.s.) has mentioned, as first Sunnah is established by Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) then his Sahabah showed their models. Only then we can become real muslims, may Allah the Exalted enable us to do so.(aamin).

That is the provision of the worldly life; but it is Allah with Whom, is an excellent place of return.


Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah (may Allah be his Helper) explained that, Allah the Exalted has drawn the scene or described this state of those who forget Him and the gain world becomes their only goal. When human forgets God the Exalted, Satan captures him. ......Though, all these things are created by God the Exalted and are among His bounties. Benefits should be drawn from these. Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) clearly said that it is wrong too, to be separated from worldly affairs, marriages are essential and it is Sunnah, likewise there are other works, Sahabah too would do those. Some Sahabah possessed properties of tens of millions but they were not facing the world.


Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) says: "Remember that it is not at all the will of God that you completely desert the world. Rather His will is ‘qad aflahaa man zakkahaa’ i.e. he who cleansed his self he obtained his purpose....Do trade, do farming, do employment and do craftsmanship, whatever you like, do. But keep stopping self from disobedience of God the Exalted and make such purification that these matters do not make you unmindful of God the Exalted..........The rights of the self are permissible but immoderations of the self are not permissible."


Thus, a believer should always keep this thing before him that love of worldly things should not be such which should make forget God the Exalted as Allah the Exalted said in this verse, ‘zue-ye-linnase hubbush-shahwa’ i.e. for people, love of desired-things is beautified. ...Detail is given onward which are things.


Such people do not need these things just for sustenance but it is mention of those human who are sunk in the love of earthliness and care only these things.


‘shahwah’ means an intense desire or craving for something and continue to think about it all time. It also denotes a thing or a goal, which is merely based on desires of self, filthy. Increased sexual desire is also called ‘shahwa’.


Thus, when Allah said here, that the love of such things is put in the heart of human, this love is not from Allah the Exalted; it is not the issue to get benefit from His bounties. Rather it is from Satan; it is not ordinary craving or liking or beauty. The craving and desire of this beauty is up to the extent that person always become restless to get it, he has unusual love for these worldly things.

When person drowns in these things upto such extent, then these thing do not remain bounties of Allah the Exalted rather these are satanic desires. The person adopts every non-permissible method, if needed, to get these things.

We commonly see in earthly people that, for wealth, worldly rank and illicit relation with women, these people cross all limits. Even if they wed, they do so to get wealth, they desire to find a wealthy wife. Similarly, in other matters, merely wealth is before eyes.

Despite, Allah the Exalted has given Muslims such a beautiful and pure teaching and also warned them to avoid these things i.e. they should not go to the such extent that these earthly things become purpose of their life because these are temporary means of this world. Be conscious, you will have to return to God the Exalted....Yet, we see majority of muslims are perusing worldly things and have forgotten the aim of their life. Religious scholars, national leaders, and each person who get chance, they make effort to obtain earthly things by any possible means. When such desires are developed in leaders of nation, people and countries begin to suffer losses.

Current state of discord in muslim countries is in accordance, as stated by Allah the Exalted that they would go away from Deen and they have gone. Their leaders get government with shout of serving people but later do such loot with both hands which is beyond imagination. Religious scholars less worry about condition of Deen of people, their real effort is to make people follow them in the name of Deen, and to come in government, amass wealth and make estates. Though they use name of Allah but no manifestation of fear of Allah is seen by their deeds.......Muslim leaders are cutting muslim common people like carrot and daikon, human life have no value for them, but they do not leave government. Such acts are being taking place in many countries, their effort is to keep clinging in governments and keep showing powers and keep amassing wealth. But their appetite is not satisfied by anyway.

What is the reason, though many muslims countries have wealth, oil and natural resources, but poor is becoming poorer..... Only princes, riches leaders have good conditions, they spend millions of dollars in one day. These people gain wealth by illegal ways or by usurping rights of poor, and spend in illicit ways too.

Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) prayed, May Allah the Exalted give wisdom to such rulers, kings and self-seeking ones, that they use wealth in proper way instead of amassing wealth..... By doing so, as they shall get pleasure of God the Exalted, they shall also have a power in terms of world. Non-muslims powers would listen to them instead of forcing them to follow and showing flamed eyes....(Huzur a . t. mentioned recent middle east developments and said) mutual fights of muslim countries and internal unrests give non-muslims powers chances to do whatever they want.

Muslim countries should tell the worldly powers that they stand with each muslim country thus they shall not accept action against any muslim country......But muslim countries went away from commandments of Allah the Exalted to get benefit of temporary means of world. Now result of it is coming, worldly powers are keep monopolizing.

Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) gives example of those people who only keep seeking world and want to fulfill worldly desires, as the person who finds delight and calm in itching but actually he hurt his skin and body, some are bled.

So the worldly things, which person desires more than needed, eventually make means of unrest. These people think their power is increasing or their groups are enlarging. Actually, they draw their own blood. Displeasure of Allah the Exalted is additional.

Allah the Exalted stated this subject in other verse as:

(ch57:v21) 'Know that the life of this world is only a sport, and such a mean to fulfill desire of self which makes careless from high-aim, and an adornment, and a source of boasting among yourselves, and to make effort to compete with each other in riches and children. This (life) is like the rain, the vegetation produced whereby rejoices the infidels. So it grows quickly. Then you see it turns yellow; then it becomes broken pieces of straw. And in the Hereafter there is severe punishment, and also forgiveness from Allah, and His pleasure. And the life of this world is nothing but temporary enjoyment of deceitful things.'

Hence, it is the duty of a believer to seek maghferat and pleasure of Allah the Exalted, instead of doing all efforts to be proud of worldly things and to get them. He should not destroy his life by being like patient of itching.


Drawing the scene of state of this worldly life and its means, once Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) said in a gathering: “ As much as the person is clear of dilemma (efforts for worldly desires), by that much his desires are fulfilled. Fire exists in the bosom of person with dilemma and he falls in trouble. In the life of this world, it is comfort too, to have salvation from dilemma. It is said, a rider was going on horse, a beggar was sitting in path, he had barely covered his privates, rider asked him, ‘sain-gi (master) how are you?’. Poor replied, how is the state of the one whose all desires are fulfilled. The rider was astonished, how your all desires are fulfilled? Poor said when all desires are discarded, it is as if all desires are fulfilled... Essence of talk is that when one wants to get everything, trouble comes but when leaves everything by contentment, it is as getting everything. Salvation and escape is this, that there should be delight, not misery. Life of misery is not good; neither of this-world and nor of that-world. This life will end anyway, because it is like pieces of ice, no matter keep it secure in cloths and boxes of any kind, but it keeps melting. Likewise, no matter what measures are taken to keep life established but it is true thing that it continues to finish and daily some difference keep taking place. In the world, there are doctors and curer too but no one has written prescription-for-life. When people become elderly, some people come to make them happy and say yet what is your age! Human remain entangled in deceptions of self, with desire of having age. We see ages in world that after 60, body-powers tends to be fully tender. He is very fortunate who reaches age 80 / 82 and body-powers remain good up to some extent, otherwise majority become semi-fool. Then people neither include him in consultation, nor light of wisdom and brain remain in him. Sometimes women too oppress elderly of such age, sometimes forget to give them meal (people of house too sometime mistreat some people). The problem is, human in youth, remains careless, and does not remember death (likewise when person has authority, he thinks this state is permanent), adopt bad works, and when understands in end, then he cannot do anything. In short, consider this youth-age sufficient (Hazrat Promised Messiah a .s. advised the person who was sitting there in gathering) As much intentions, you made in your life, some of them have been fulfilled, but visualize now by thinking that they were like a bubble which immediately diminish and nothing comes in hand. There is no benefit by past ease. By imagining it, pain increases. From this, lesson is drawn for wise that human should be son-of-time (i.e. should recognize time and move accordingly). The life of human – it is that which he has. The time which is past, it is dead. Its imaginations are useless. Look! When one is in lap of mother, how happy is he, everyone picks and toddle. That time is such as it is paradise. And visualize by remembering, where is that time. (it passed, worldly things are temporary, eases are temporary, so if one get eases, authorities, governments he should keep these advices before) How times are found again!....(a hikayat) It is written a king was going, he wept when saw some little boys. Since left this sohbat, found pain. (He wept because little children are playing and are free of every worry and he remembered his childhood, what was that time and now such is time! Kings too have no peace and rest despite eases. There should be realization). The time of old-age is bad, at that time dear ones too want he should die, and body-powers die before death. (some relatives are such hard hearted that, by seeing condition of sick or old age, they say what burden he has put on us.)..Teeth fall, eyesight is lost, no matter what happens, eventually he become stoned-model, face is deformed, some get such illnesses that eventually commit suicide. (We see it happens in era. Human has no yet when he is geting power, when there is youth, when there is time to gain wealth, there is power, then he forgets what is going to happen to me.) Sometimes, he suddenly gets inflicted in pain, from which he wants to escape. And if progeny is not good, he gets more pain. At that time, he understands, he made mistake and age passed like it. (at that time he remembers it was better to follow commandments of Allah the Exalted and life should have been lived according to these, instead of forgetting Allah the Exalted by indulging in world. Many Pharaohs and Hamaans passed, if person ponder at their lives, many big people came, but their worldly magnificent could not give them any benefit. There were governments, which were more powerful than today’s governments in terms of authorities but all vanished.). Wise is the one who pays attention to God, understands God is One, there is none with Him. We have seen by experience, neither Devi nor Devta, none helps. If he does not bow towards God the Exalted only, then no one have mercy for him, if any calamity falls no one takes care, thousands of troubles come to human. So remember, there is none except One Lord, He is One Who puts affection in the heart of mother too and if He did not created her heart like this, she could not have raise like that. That is why do not make associate with Him.”

People take physical goddesses, idols and worldly objects such as wealth, children, power, government, friendships, powerful nations as partners with Allah the Exalted, He said hell become abode such people.
Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) says to remember well that the person who becomes for God the Exalted, God the Exalted becomes his. God the Exalted does not come in the deception of anyone...Ornament and love of world is the root of all mistakes. By being blind in it, human leaves humanity and does not realize what I am doing and what I should have done. In the state, wise human cannot be deceived by anyone, how Allah the Exalted can be deceived by someone. But root of such bad deeds is love of world. And the greatest sin which have made muslims in destructive condition at this time, and in which they are embroiled, is this very love of worldliness. People are stuck in this very sadness in sleep, waking, rising, sitting, walking and strolling. And they do not have concern and thought about that time when shall be placed in grave. If such people had fear of Allah the Exalted and kept little worry about Deen, they could have gotten a lot of benefit.
So it is duty of a momin that instead of worring about worldliness, he should make effort to make his hereafter good and get love of Allah the Exalted. He should have contentment-in-less and use worldly means as bounties of Allah the Exalted but should not make them deity. Allah is our real deity, a momin should have the most love with Him. His love create Taqwa and contentment-in-less in human. Allah the Exalted has told the sign of momin that (translation) those who are momin they love Allah most of all.(from 2:166)

The twelfth of Rabiaul-awwal (a month in Islamic calender month) is the day when, that Nur (light) came in the world, whom Allah the Exalted called Siraje Munir (bright sun), who had to grant spiritual light to all world and he did, who had to establish government of God the Exalted and he did so, who had to give spiritual life to deads-for-years and he gave so, who had to give peace and security to the world and he delivered so, whom Allah the Exalted said ‘wa ma arsalnaka illa rahmat-allil-aalameen’ i.e. And We have sent you as only mercy for world.


He (s.a.w.) is not mercy only for human but also for animals and birds. He is mercy not only for muslims but also was and is mercy for non-muslims.


His (s.a.w.) teaching is mercy for everyone upto hereafter. About it, Allah the Exalted said to his believers, there is virtuous model in him, for you as said ‘laqad kaana lakum fi rasullullahe uswatun hasanatun leman kaana yarjullaha wal-yaumal akherah wa zakarallaha kasira’ i.e. Surely, for you, there is virtuous model in Messenger of Allah, for each that person, who has hope for Allah and Hereafter, and remembers Allah in abundance.
So, a muslim cannot be a muslim without following this virtuous model.


For us, our prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) established models to establish Tauheed, models of worships, high morals and rights of people.


Sadly, these days majority of muslims claim the love of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) but their deeds are opposite to his teaching and his practice of mercy for world and people. ...It is daily chore to use abusive language and dirty name calling against Ahmadis, in the name of our beloved master Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) but it increased on such day of happiness i.e. on 12-rabiul-awwal. Extremists do sitting-on-road protests and blockades and make troubles for each noble citizen, daily life stops, sick people can not go to hospital, schools and shops get closed, people who do not have food stuff in home for children become unable to bring it, nation suffers financial loss in billions. All this is done due to shout by so called scholars, for love for prophet (sa).


In fact, Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was mercy for humanity. He taught to pay rights of paths; not to make noise in bazaars; not to sit in paths, when Companions said they have no other option (in that time there were no offices, business matters were done in bazaars and paths) he said then pay rights of paths. When he was requested, O Messenger of Allah, please tell what are rights of paths, he (s.a.w.) replied that the rights of path are to keep the eyes low, to avoid inflicting trouble, to answer salam, to say good thing and avoid bad thing.


But these people were inflicting trouble on people in the name of honour of prophet. Despite it, these people think they are care taker of Deen, and they make one infidel or momin, whomever they want to, according to their self made standard....Anyway these are their deeds to gain personal interests.
These things have even no remotest connection with real teaching and model of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him)...


Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah (a . t.) said that these people may do whatever they like, but it is the duty of us, the Ahmadis, that we should see each aspect of model of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and make full effort with all capacities to practice according to it.


He (a . t.) presented some aspects from the life of Holy Prophet (s.a.w) as model :


= About the love of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) for Allah the Exalted, Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) says: “Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) became beloved-in-tears and intensively focused for a Being and then gained which is never given to anyone in the world. He had so much love for Allah the Exalted that common people would say ‘asheqa muhammadun alaa rabbeh’ i.e. Muhammad (s.a.w.) has become beloved to his Lord.”


“When these verses came that polytheists are impure, filthy, worst of creatures, foolishes and progeny of Satan and their deitys are fuel-of-fire and hell-is-their-reward, then Abu Talib called Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and said, O my nephew now nation has become severely enraged by your highly critical language, and it is near that they shall kill you and along it me too. You have declared their wise as fool, and called their elders as worst of all creatures, named their respectable deities as fire of jahnnum and fuel of fire, and, in general, declared all of them, impure and progeny of Satan and filthy. I tell you, through the way of well-wishing, hold your tongue, and avoid highly critical language otherwise i do not have power against nation. (uncle told Holy Prophet sa). Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) replied, O uncle, it is not highly critical language but it is mention of event and mention of fact of matter at right occasion. And it is the very work, for which I am sent, if I have to face death due to it, then I happily accept this death for me. My life is dedicated in this path. I cannot stop from mention of truth from the fear of death. And, O uncle if you think about your weakness and trouble, please you be with-draw from keeping me in refuge. By God, I have no need of you. I will never stop in conveying divine commandments. To me, commandments of my Master are dearer than my life. By God if I die in this path, by repeatedly becoming alive I want to keep dying always in this path. It is not station of fear, instead I have limitless delight in it that i bear trouble in His path. Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was making this address and compassion - full of truth and brilliance - was markedly appearing at face. And when Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) had finished this speech, tears of Abu Bakr spontaneously began to flow by seeing light of truth, and he said I was unaware of your this high state, you are in another mode and other dignity. Go and keep doing your work. Till I am alive, as much I have power, I shall be with you.”


Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah (a . t.) said, Today we Ahmadis are blamed that due to believing in Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani (on whom be peace), we are infidels. The event which I mentioned, we read and listen it in history, but Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) has mentioned it with such spontaneity and heartfelt condition which manifests his love for Muhammad e Araby (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) too. And with this link, then, paths of love with God the Exalted are seen which he (s.a.w.) taught us.


= About this aspect of character of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) further says with his (s.a.w.) love : “So I always see with the sight of surprise that - this Arabic Prophet, whose name is Muhammad (s.a.w.) , thousands blessings and salam be on him - of what high status the prophet he is! The acme of his high station cannot be known. And to measure his holy effect is not work of human. Alas, as the right of recognition is - his status is not recognized. That Tauheed which had been lost from the world, he is the only courageous who brought it again in the world. He loved God at extreme degree and his soul melted at extreme level in sympathy of humankind. That is why, God Who knew the secret of his heart, granted him superiority over all prophets and all earliers and laters, and fulfilled his desires for him in his life. He is one who is source of each grace. And that person who claims of any superiority without admiting his grace-granting, he is not human but he is progeny of Satan because he key of each excellence is given to him, and treasure or each knowledge is given to him. The one who does not get through him he is deprived since eternity. What thing are we and what is our reality. We shall be deniar of bounty, if we do not admit this thing that we found real Tauheed trough this prophet. We got the recognition of alive God through this perfect prophet and by his light. And we obtained also, the honour of dialogues and addresses of God, by which we see His Face, through this very exalted prophet. The ray of this sun of guidance falls on us like sunshine and we can remain illuminated till the time we stand before it.”


So the real Tauheed can be known only by following Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). We can reach to Allah the Exalted by following his model, and it is the very base of claim of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace).


=What were the high levels of worship done by Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), Hazrat Aisha (r.a.) mentions the state of his Tahajjud Salaat, Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) would not offer more than eleven rakaat-s in Tahajjud Salaat but that Salaat used to be such lovely, long spanned and beautiful that do not ask about its long span and excellence. Words cannot state that condition.


A companion saw Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) was offering nafal Salaat in seclusion. Companion says, due to crying and supplication, sound like stone-mill was coming from his (s.a.w.) bosom.....Another tradition reports, sound of supplication was like boil in cooking pot.


It is also reported that sometime his (s.a.w.) feet would swell and skin would get raptured due to prolonged standing in Salaat.
Once when Hazrat Aisha (r.a.) asked him (s.a.w.) about his so much striving in Salaat, he replied, should he not become thankful servant of Allah the Exalted.


=Due to such high levels of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), what revolution was developed in Sahaba. In this regard Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) said: “I very emphatically say, no matter how much severe the enemy be, whether Christian or Ariya, when he will consider these conditions which were of Arab, before Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and then he will see this change which was developed by his teaching and effect, he will spontaneously has to testify his (s.a.w.) truth. It is clear that Holy Quran has drawn the scene of its previous condition ‘yakoluna kama takolul anaam’ (i.e. they eat like animals, their condition is of animals). It was their state of infidel-ness. And then the pure effects of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) created change in them, their state became ‘yabituna lerabbehim sujjadan wa qayama’ (i.e. they spend nights, in prostration and standing before their Lord). The change which was brought by Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) to wilds of Arab, and pulled from such ditch and took them to such station, human spontaneously cries by see scene of all this state that what a magnificent reform, which he did. Its example cannot be found in any history and any nation of the world. It is not mere story these are events, whose truth has to be acknowledged by an era.”


So it is the duty of this Jama'at of latters, which joined the earliers, is that, by following this model, we too should elevate levels of our worships as Sahaba did; and should not remain dipped in worldliness; instead auxiliary organizations and system of Jama'at give reports their 40, 50 or 60 % members offer Salaat, until we make 100 % worshipers we should not sit with peace. Not only system, each member should make self-review about their condition.


=The model of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) in sincerity and truth.
Here is how one of his bitter foe, Nazar bin Haris testified. Once leaders of Quraish gathered including Abu Jahal and Nazar. When some foe suggested Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) should be given fame as magician or liar, Nazar stood up and said, O Quraish such is matter is before you that you could not bring any plan against it. Muhammad (sa) was a young boy among you and you loved him most, he was the most truthful among you, most trustworthy among you. Now you saw age effects at his temple (white hairs). And about the message he brought, you said he is magician, there is nothing of magic in him, we have seen magicians. You said he is kahin (claimer of future telling), he is not kahin. You said he is poet, we know all kinds of poetry. You said he is insane, there is no sign of insanity in him. O Quraish, think more, you are dealing with a very great matter. ......


Other examples: Abu Jahl could not deny his (sa) truthfulness, he said I do not say you are liar but the teaching you brought is not right because you speak against our idols.. ... Abu Sufyan too said in court of Heraclius that Holy Prophet (sa) never lied and always instruct to speak truth........A scholar from other religion saw his face and said it cannot be face of liar.


It is very big proof of truth of Prophethood of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.)


Today too teaching and high level of truth of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) can bring non-mulsims closer to Islam.....Today worldliness, lies, cheating, making governments and so called schoalrs’ caring for their pulpits based on lie, cannot serve Islam.....Thus, by following model of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), Ahmadis should make effort to elevate their levels of truthfulness so that it become easy to convey beautiful teaching of Islam. Words and deeds should be same for conveying message. If deed is not true, people will think teaching is wrong. The Being of God the Exalted is truth, Deen Islam is truth. Today it is our duty to convey this truth..........

(ie seeking guidance in this matter by 40 days prayer to Allah the Exalted with unbiased clean mind)....... But there are very few people who seek decision from God the Exalted with these conditions. And by this, due to own less-understanding or stubbornness and biasness, by denying Wali (friend) of God, get the Eman (belief) seized. Because when Eman upon Wali is not remained, then one has to deny Prophethood, since Wali is as nail for prophethood. By denying Prophethood, God is denied. And like this, Eman is fully seized (Eman is wasted). ”

Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his Helper) prayed: May Allah give wisdom to muslims that they should not become prey of words’ of molvis, instead use their wisdom and seek help from Allah the Exalted with sincerity. May Allah the Exalted open their hearts, and by accepting Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), they should come out of state, in which these days muslim world has caught in strange condition they are not seeing any way to escape.....Ahmadis are one who really say, labaik (we are present) O Messenger of Allah! who heard words of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) that, when my Messiah and Mahdi should come, believe him and say salam to him....This is right way of saying ‘labaik’ we are present’ ...May Allah the Exalted save world ... and muslims from mischiefs and discord. May Allah the Exalted have special mercy for muslims because these days what the situation is, and planning in progress against muslims is very horrible. If they did not understand now they shall have regret latter. May Allah the Exalted have mercy. (aameen)

Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said in his one couplet:

“waqt thaa waqte masihaa, na kisi aur ka waqt – main na aaya hota to koee aur hi aaya hota”
Translation: “The time was, time of coming of Messiah, not of anyone else’s time – had I not come, someone else would have come.”

The time, through which, muslims were passing at that time, it was very unrestful time for those muslims who felt pain of (decline). Hundreds of thousands Muslims had become Christians. Situation, as prophesied by Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), had become such that Eman (belief) had gone to thuraiya (Pleiades); practically neither Deen was left in muslims, nor reality of Islam.

Those who had ache for Islam were waiting for a Messiah to appear and take care this dolti boat of Islam.

Among them was a pious elder named Hazrat Sufi Ahmad Jaan Sahib of Ludhiana. His fame was at far places too, he had many followers. Due to his piousness, once Mahraja of Jamoon invited him to come in Jamoon and pray for him. But he said Maharaja should come to have him do prayer. Anyway great people were his followers.

Hazrat Sufi Ahmad Jan sahib had relation of devotion with Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) from beginning. Till then Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) had not made claim. Sufi sahib passed away before claim of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.). Once, by seeing the condition and era, he addressed to Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) :

“ham marizon ki hey tumhi pe nigah – tum masiaha bano khuda kai liye”

Translation: “we ills have eye on you – you, be Messiah for the sake of God”


Though Sufi sahib died before the claim of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.), he was sure that Huzur is Imam of era, that is why he had directed his progeny and followers whenever Huzur would claim they should accept.


Insightful pious people knew if anyone can take care of this shaking boat of Islam, he is Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani (on whom be peace) because, by writing ‘Brahin e Ahmadiyya’ , he had shut mouth of opponents of Islam. His such literature, and debates were present which, opponents of Islam could not answer. Until his claim, famous scholars were be pleased about this thing. But when Huzur (a.s.) claimed by the command of Allah the Exalted, the same scholars began to oppose him due to personal interests, and it continues now, and they are creating hatred against him and his Jama'at in the hearts of common muslims.


Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) gave arguments about truth of his claim in his numerous writing, addresses and gatherings. He told about coming of promised Messiah according to need of time and his supports by Allah the Exalted. Pure hearted people understood it. But those who had malice, personal interest devotion in hearts, they did not understand.


Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may allah help him) said, he is presenting the words of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace). He (a.s.) said that, many bad additions have been added in original Islam and muslims, Deen is not in its original form, religious scholars and elders has made personal interpretations, practically muslims have gone away from deen. Oher religions, especially christain pastors are attacking Islam with big planings.


= The prophesy of these conditions and prophesy of coming of a person for the renaissance of Islam was told by Allah the Exalted and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). In this regard, he (a.s.) says:

“Now one may leave our claim aside let it be on side, but answer by pondering at these matters that if you will deny me, you will have to give up Islam from hand. But I say truly that, according to the promises of Holy Quran, Allah the Exalted defended His Deen and the prophesy of Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was fulfilled. Because exactly at time, according to promises of God the Exalted, in agreement to promises of Messenger (s.a.w.) of Allah, God the Exalted established this Movement. And it is proven that ‘sadaqallaho wa rasoolohu’ , words of Allah the Exalted and His Messenger are true. Cruel natured is that human, who denies these.”

He (a.s.) stated this in 1903 and said:

“Twenty two years have passed at my claim and supports of Allah the Exalted are with me”...(if I am false then why supports of Allah the Exalted are with me. He said that , secondly it is need of hour, and everyone admits that Messiah was to come in this era.)....“As there is need, if not me, then present anyone else. Anyway, any reformer has to come” (for reformation of muslims) because discord in era has reached to extreme and in muslims too discord has reached to extreme. So if you have to call me false there will be only two possibilities, either present any other reformer ( as time needs reformer should come) or deny promises of Allah the Exalted (i.e. to say all promises of sending a reformer in such deformed condition was wrong). The need of protection of Deen exists anyway. Certain such people are seen who say there is no need of protection, they make serious mistake. Look, the person who grows a garden, or constructs a building, then, Is it not his duty or does he not want that he should do effort of all kind, for its safety and to save from enemy’s stealing. Various boundaries are made around gardens for protection, and new chemicals are prepared to save houses from fires, and wires are fit to save from electricity. These matters manifest the nature which innately exists in human. So, is it not all right for Allah the Exalted that He protect His Deen? Surely He protects and He has saved His Deen at the time of each calamity. Now too when there was need, He sent me for this. Indeed , this matter of safety can be doubtful or it could have been denied if conditions and needs are not supporting it. But many crores of books are published in rejection of Islam, and these advertisements and two leaved pamphlets are countless which are published by pastors daily, weekly and monthly. If those name callings are added which Christian apostates of our country has published about Leader of Innocents, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and his holy spouses then several warehouses can be filled with these books. If these are placed mutually connected these will be reach to many miles. The dangerousness of writings of Imadduddin (an ex-Muslim who became Christian pastor) is admitted by certain fair-minded Christians too. So opinion about some books was written in newspaper ‘shamsul-akhbar’ from Lucknow that if ever again in Hindustan uprising will take place, it will be due to such writings. In such condition, they say what loss has occurred to Islam. Talks like this can be done by those people who have no connection with or pain for Islam, or those people who are raised in the darkness of rooms and they have no knowledge of external world. So if there are such people, no worry at all about them. Indeed those people who have light in heart who have love and connection with Islam and are aware of situations of era, they have to acknowledge that, this is the time of a reformer of great grandeur.”

=Mentioning the testimonies about coming of reformer, Hazrat Promised Messiah mentioned a great testimony. He (a.s.) said: “I present another testimony, and that is promise of ‘istikhlaaf’ in surah al-noor. In this Allah the Exalted promises ‘wa-dallah ullazina aamanu minkum wa amelus salehaate layas-takhlefanna-hum fil arze ka-mastakhlafalla-zina min qablehim ....’ . In this verse, according to promise of ‘istikhlaf’, the khulafa who will be in the movement of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) , they shall be like previous khulafa. Likewise, in Holy Quran, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) is called like-Musa, as said: ‘innaa arsalna elekum rasulan shahedan alaikum kamaa arsalnaa elaa fir-aona rasulaa’. He (s.a.w.) is like-Musa according to prophesy of Deuteronomy too. So, in this similarity, as the word ‘kamaa’ is said similarly the word ‘kamaa’ is in surah al-noor. From this, it is clearly known that there is complete similalrity and matching in Musa’s link and Muhammad’s link. The chain of khulafa of Musa’s link ended at Hazrat Esa and after Hazrat Musa, he came in fourteenth century. With respect to this similarity, at least this much is essential that a Khalifah in fourteenth century should be born of same type and power who should have similarity with Messiah, and should be at his heart and step. So if Allah the Exalted had not presented other testimonies of this matter, this chain of similarity naturally wanted that, in fourteenth century, Esvi baruz (Esa like appearance) should be in Ummah of him (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). Otherwise, in his (s.a.w.) resemblance, Allah forbid, a defect and weakness would be proven. But Allah the Exalted not only testified and supported this resemblance but proved that like-Musa (i.e. holy prophet saw) is superior to Musa, rather all prophets (on them be peace). As Hazrat Messiah (a.s.) did not come with his Shariah, but came to fulfill Torah. Likewise the Messiah of Muhammad’s link did not come with his any Shariah, but has come for the renaissance. And has come for the perfection which is called perfection-of-ptoublication-of-truth.”


=Explaining perfection of publication of guidance, Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says: “About the perfection of publication of guidance, it should be remembered that the completion of divine blessing and perfection of Deen done at Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), it has two forms. First, perfection of guidance; second, perfection of publication of guidance. (i.e. perfection of guidance was given and guidance reached to acme and secondly its propagation reached to its perfection). Perfection of guidance, in all aspects, was done by his first coming, and perfection of publication of guidance, by his second coming (i.e. Shariah came in the time of Holy Prophet-saw and perfect of guidance was done; and his second coming was to be in form of his true servant promised Messiah and publication of Shariah was to be done in his time) because, as in surah Jumua verse ‘wa akharina minhum..’ prepares another people by his grace and teaching, from this it is clearly known that there is another advent of him (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and this advent is in boruzi (appearance) manner; which is being done at this time. So this is time of perfection of publication of guidance. And for this very reason that all links of publication of Shariah are being completed; there is abundance of printing presses, daily new things are developed in them, post offices, electrical wired communications, emerging of railways and ships and publication of newspapers, all these matters jointly have made the world as one city-like. (in this era, world has gathered more; social media, internet, television etc various things). So these progresses are actually progresses of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) because, by this, the second part of perfection of his perfect guidance - completion of publication of guidance - is being completed.”


=Stating another resemblance between Messiah of Musa (as) and Messiah of Muhammad (sa), Hazrat Promised Messiah (as) says:”And it is similar to that as Messiah said I have come to fulfill Torah, and I say one work of me is it too that i should do completion of publication of guidance. Ilawa bareen, in the time of Hazrat Esa (as), the calamites which were developed, of same kind are present here too. On the inside, at that time condition of jews had become very deformed and testimony is gained from history that they had left commandments of Torah and instead of it, they would give more stress on Talmud and traditions of elders. At this time, similar condition is developed in muslims too, Book of Allah has been left and instead of it, stress is given to traditions and stories... Other than these, there is another secret too which completes the resemblance. And that is this, that Hazrat Messiah used to stress on moral teaching, and came to reform Musa’s jihad-s, he did not raise any sword..Same was appointed for Promised Messiah that he should establish excellences of teaching of Islam with practical truths and remove this objection which is put on Islam in same manner that it is spread with sword. This objection will be fully erased in the time of Promised Messiah (i.e. he will teach that Islam gives teaching of affection and love that is why this objection will be ended in the era of Promised Messiah) because, with Islam’s live graces and blessings, he will make evident its truth to world. And, it will be proved by this, that today, in this era of progress too Islam is effective and useful just with respect to its pure teaching and its blessings and fruits, similarly it has been always and found useful and effective in each era because it is alive religion. This was the reason when Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) prophesied about incoming Messiah, along with it he said ‘yazaulharb’ he will end wars. Now add all these testimonies and tell, Is there no need now that a heavenly man should appear? When it is accepted that coming of Mujaddid is essential at (start of) century then Mujaddid will be at this century surely. And as the resemblance of Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) is with Musa (on whom be peace) then with respect to this resemblance it is essential that the Mujaddid of this century should be Messiah. Because Messiah came after Musa after fourteenth century and these days it is fourteenth century.”


=Stating the matter that, If you deny me you are actually denying Allah the Exalted and His Messenger, Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) says: “ Denying me is not denying me but it is denial of Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) because the one who denys me, he, Allah forbid, claims Allah is liar, while he sees internal and external discords have increased beyond limit, and God did not make any arrangement for their reform despite promise ‘inna nahno nazzalna-zzikra wa inna lahu lahafezoon’ , while he apparently believes in this matter that God the Exalted promised in verse-of-istikhlaf that He will establish sequence of khulafa in sequence of Muhammad like (He did) in sequence of Musa but, Allah forbid, He did not fulfill this promise, and there is no Khalifah in this ummat at this time. Not only up to this, but this matter will have to be denied that as Holy Quran has declared Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) as like-Musa it is not correct, Allah forbid, because it was essential for full similarity and resemblance of this sequence that, a Messiah should have been born from this very ummat, as like a Messiah came in Musa’s link in fourteenth century. And likewise, this verse of Holy Quran will have to be denied ‘wa akharina minhum lamma yalhaqu behim’ which gives news of an incoming Ahmadi baruz. And similarly there are many verses of Holy Quran whose denial will becomye must. Think again, Is denying me an easy matter? I do not say this from myself. I say swearing to God the Exalted that, truth is it that whoever will leave me and deny me, he may not say by tongue but he denied all Quran by his deed and left God....Denying me is not denying me, it is denying Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). Now, before that, anyone dare to deny and refute me, just ponder in his heart and seek fatwa (verdict) from it, whom he denies.”


=Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) explains more, why by denying him, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) is
denied: “ Why Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) is denied. Doing so, the promise made by him (s.a.w.) that Mujaddid will come at start of each century, Allah forbid, became untrue. Also, what he said ‘imamokum minkum’ it too, Allah forbid, becomes wrong. And he gave the glad tiding of coming of a Messiah and Mahdi at time of mischief of cross, it too, Allah forbid, became wrong because mischief is present but he one who was to come did not come... When one will admit these matters then practicall Will he become denier of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) or not? So I say clearly that denying me is not an easy matter. Before calling me infidel, one has to become infidel first. It will be late to call me faithless and astray but first own astray-ness and disgrace will have to be admitted. To call me deserter of Quran and Hadith, first, oneself will have to leave Quran and Hadith. And even then, he will leave. I am verifier and evidence of Quran and Hadith. I am not astray but I am Mahdi.i am not infidel but I am right evidence of ‘anaa awwalul muslemun’ and whatever I say God has disclosed at me it is truth. Whoever believes in God whoever believes Quran and Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) are right, for him this hujjat is enough that he should be silent by hearing (words) from my mouth but who is bold and fearless what is his cure, God Himself will make him understand.”


= Mentioning certain signs about coming of Promised Messiah, he (a.s.) says: “...`that in fact, this railway is a sign of Promised Messiah. About it, indication is present in Holy Quran ‘wa ezal esharo uttelat’ when ten months pregnant she-camels will be left. Religious-ness is with Taqwa, these people should ponder, it is clearly seen that in ‘la yutrakannal qelas’, indication is for rail because if rail is not meant by it then it is their duty to tell that incidence, due to which camels will be left. Indication is also present in previous books that, at that time, coming and going will become easy (i.e in era of Messiah). The truth is, so many signs have been fulfilled that these people have ran away from this field. Have moon and sun eclipses in Ramadan not taken place in such way which was appointed as sign of Mahdi. Likewise, from start of making of universe such a vehicle has not come out.. Indications prove that Promised Messiah is born. If these people do not accept us then find someone else and tell who is he because the appointed signs all have all been fulfilled.”


=Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) said his truth has to be checked, then check according to arguments of prophets i.e. with good intention, with sincerity. If one has to do zid then nothing will be seen, then even Holy Quran does not give guidance. He said:
“Check this movement at minhaje nabuwat (precept of prophethood)and then see, truth is with whom. Nothing takes place with hypothetical principles and suggestions and nor I testify myself with hypothetical matters. I present my claim at standard of mihaje nabuwat, then what is reason that checking of its truth should not be done at his very principle. Those who shall listen my words by opening heart, I am sure they shall get benefit and accept .....”

(ch4:v136) O ye who believe! be strict in observing justice, (and be) witnesses for Allah, even though it be against yourselves or (against) parents and kindred. Whether he be rich or poor, Allah is more regardful of them both (than you are). Therefore follow not low desires so that you may (be able to) act equitably. And if you conceal (the truth) or evade (it), then (remember that) Allah is well aware of what you do.

(5:9) O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of Allah, bearing witness in equity; and let not a people’s enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice. Be (always) just, that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of what you do.

(7:182) And of those We have created there are a people that guide (people) with truth and do justice therewith.


Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah V (may Allah be his helper) explained: In such way and of such standard, Allah the Exalted has taught Muslims to establish justice and equity, which is not present in Book of any other religion. However, unfortunately, at each level, a large section is present in Muslims, in leaders and in scholars, which does not fulfill the demands of justice and equity.


Likewise, in houses, in common Muslim people, in important matters, such levels of justice and equity are not seen which are established by Allah the Exalted, and which are expected from a momin. In matters of household unrest, men and women present events in courts in false manner, false testimonies are presented. Lies and false statements are used to get unlawful rights or to usurp one’s right.


In short, there are large number of people who do not use truth to get their right or when they think it is their right. Or to usurp right of others they speak lie and keep court in deception too. At some places, doers of justice make wrong decisions for their personal interests; that is to say system has become corrupt. Due to this unjust, evils continue to spread in society. At national level, rulers do not fulfill requirements of justice for their subjects. Same is true at international level. Religious leaders has made religion as mean to get personal interest. The claims are of being ‘khair e ummah’ and that only Islam offers best solution of world problems.... Surely Muslims are ‘khaire Ummah, but if they follow commandments of Allah the Exalted and practice teachings of Holy Quran. Surely only Islam offers solution of all problems of world, with the condition that truth and justice is established according to its teaching.

The translation of verses mentioned above, are from surah-s al-maeda, al-nisa and al-aaraf.

The first verse
(ch4:v136) O ye who believe! be strict in observing justice, (and be) witnesses for Allah, even though it be against yourselves or (against) parents and kindred. So it is commandment to remain firm at justice and equity in personal house related and social matters, no matter what are circumstances. Momin is commanded his testimony should be according to directives of Allah the Exalted and for His sake. It can happen only when one’s belief in Allah the Exalted is perfect and of very high grade and strong. Person should be resolved for firmness at justice, no matter what are circumstances. This firmness can be seen when person is ready to testify against himself, wife, children, parents, close relatives...Following the desires takes away from justice.


These days many problems of society are present because quality of justice and equity is not which Allah the Exalted wants. It is common to present own matters in twisted way. Sad thing is, some of us, under the effect of worldliness and environment, despite being in Bai'at of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), say things and give testimony that are away from facts.
Allah the Exalted says no matter you suffer personal loss or your parents do so, never make a misleading statement or impression is developed in any way that facts are concealed, true testimony is avoided. We see these things in daily matters. For example facts are concealed in matters of husband and wife as seen in many matters in Qaza borad, facts are not presented in financial give and take. Some people who have knowledge of Deen and apparently they are active in serving, they do such things which leaves one perplexed that, can such people do such things who are apparently scholars, they have knowledge of Deen and they have influence upon people!


Allah the Exalted says that you should not conceal the truth even it is against you or your most close relatives but these people hide truth or avoid true testimony to take care friendships. They make full preparation for support of their matter for avoidance or what arguments have to be given. But it should be remembered Allah the Exalted says whatever you do, He is well aware of that. He cannot be deceived. If one is hidden in this world, one will be caught in Hereafter. God Who knows our all deeds will put all record before us.


So the Imam (Hazrat Promised Messiah a .s . ) we believed in, he has established such examples by practicing Quran’s commandments, which makes non-Ahmadis surprised too.... An incident is recorded about Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) , it is about long before his claim and in his youth, he appeared before court in a case filed by his father against his own workers-at-land, he said truth by fulfilling requirements of justice. It benefited workers and loss occurred to his father. Lawyer had earlier told him if lawyer’s lesson is not used there would be loss. But he (Hazrat Promised Messiah a . s.) said no matter what, I would say what is truth...Judge gave decision in favour of workers. Observers recorded he (a.s.) was coming back happily after losing case. People who did not know they thought perhaps he won the case.
Thus it is the model of the Ardent Devotee (whom we believed) of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). By keeping this model before us, we should overview each aspect of our testimonies.


Likewise, there is another example, in these western countries, people show less income to save tax or to get some benefits from government. But now, as financial situation of world has become weak, governments in these worldly progressed countries have begun to make deep reviews and where ever they have doubt they immediately do research. Ahmadis should bear worldly loss to avoid own and Jama'at’s defame and most of all for the sake of pleasure of Allah the Exalted and facts should not be concealed. If intention is good, and they shall hold justice strongly by being witness for the sake of Allah the Exalted, and shall establish their testimonies at the gauge of ‘qol e sadid’ (right word) ,then Allah the Exalted Who is the al-Rab / Lord and the al-Raziq / Provider, will provides means and will bless the provisions by Himself. So we should always make review of ourselves. If we shall not make effort to establish such standards of justice, peace and rest of our homes and our area of living can not continue. By not practicing it, distances will come among members of Jama'at. Sadly, some people go too far that even after their matrimonial relations end, they continue to spread false things about previous spouse, in attempt to not let them remarry. It is an act to destroy peace of society and an act to break their pledge and to go away from commandments of Allah the Exalted.
Allah the Exalted has done benevolence to us to enable us to believe Imam of era. Allah the Exalted made way to make us brethren mutually. And we try to take revenge due to our certain interests or for egos or due to malice in hearts for each other. And to take revenge, we go to such limit that we make fear of God the Exalted out of our hearts . If someone thinks one right is usurped, then leave the excess-doer after the matter is ended. Allah the Exalted have knowledge of each matter, goodness of a momin is, to leave matter for Allah the Exalted.


Allah the Exalted has commanded believers that, after establishing justice equity and truth in their society in personal, societal and national matters, the high level of justice and equity should also be exercised with other nations too. Moreover, If you did not establish high levels of justice and equity with enemy then it will be considered that you do not practice Taqwa. So translation of verse 9 of surah al-Maeda is :


(5:9) O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of Allah, bearing witness in equity; and let not a people’s enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice. Be (always) just, that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of what you do.


At some places, there are religious differences, people of other religions do excess. In such situations, it is not way of momin that they should take revenge of excess done by other nations and people of other religions in same way and do not fulfill requirements of justice......In this regard, once Hazrat Khalifatul Messiah I (may Allah be pleased with him) said in Dars, (in that time Aria people would make troubles for Muslims and expelled them from job) that if they do so, even then it is not for Muslims to take revenge from them. Only then we can act according to this directive.


It is never believer’s way not to establish justice, believer’s way is to establish justice and act with Taqwa and leave his matter with God the Exalted Who is aware of everything.. A real momin’s way is to hold commandments of Allah the Exalted strongly and be frim on that and there should be no carelessness in it at all. To become and show model of real Muslim is essential for each Momin that his each act should be for God the Exalted. It is sign of real Muslim and real Momin. The meaning of ‘to become witness in support of justice’ is to act on teaching of Islam in such way that deed and practical model should become a model for people, other religions, society and other nations.


These days, in West, much is being said about injustice of Muslims that the people who do not do justice with people of their own religion, what justice they shall do with others. It is very big tragedy and there are Muslims who are defaming Islam due to their deeds. Rulers are usurping rights of their subjects, people are fighting with their rulers and governments, large populace are being target of oppressions and being destroyed. So-called Islamic groups are killing own people and are doing cruel acts in other places too, they justify their oppression by saying they are using their right because western people are killing their people. However muslims are being killed by muslims, they are getting help from non-mulsims. A new plan of extremists is revealed that now they shall attack children in Europe and shall kill them before their parents because bombers of western countries bombed and killed their children and destroyed their populace....However this bombing is done by call from muslim rulers.


In short, animosity among nations continue to get multiply and this chain never ends. That is why Allah the Exalted said, animosity of a nation does not force you to go to limit that you do not fulfill requirements of justice. You have to fulfill requirements of justice anyway. Oppression is increasing because requirements of justice is not being fulfilled. Non-mulsims are against muslims because their practical models are against teachings of Islam. It was needed that muslims should have informed world about beautiful teaching of Islam by their model and had conveyed Islam. Situation is reverse. Testifyng in support of Islam and Allah the Exalted can be done by mentioning beauty of Islam. How beautiful is the directive of Holy Quran that animosity of any people should not make you to do injustice. This directive is not given in any other religious book. There is no discrimination to establish justice. Right to get justice is for muslims and non-mulsims both, rather requirements for justice with foes have to be fulfilled, more attention have to be paid to it. What a beautiful teaching. Alas, deed of muslims have defamed Islam in non-mulsim world. Common muslim scholars and rulers all are doing these things. Their such deeds put responsibility on us, that we should tell world by our practical models that how much Islam give teaching for justice and equity, by which peace and security can be established in world.


Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) made sahaba (may Allah be pleased with them) to practice this with utmost fineness. Once he (s.a.w.) sent some sahaba for getting news. At that time situation of muslims was very dangerous, there was always danger that foes wanted to inflict loss to muslims. In such condition when these sahaba found some enemy people in Haram, they thought foe has seen us and they shall inform Meccans who shall come to attack and kill us. With this thought, party of sahaba attacked and killed one or two of foes. When these sahaba returned to Medina, people from Mecca came too that your people have killed two of our people in Haram. He (s.a.w.) did not tell Meccans that you had been doing oppression, now if this treatment is done to you, why are you complaining. But he (s.a.w.) immediately acted, and replied them, you have been treated wrongly and with unjust. Maybe infidels did not defend themselves fully due to being in Haram. That is why he (s.a.w.) said, blood-money of both dead will be paid according to tradition of arabs, and it was paid, and also reprimanded sahaba that they did wrong act.
In another incident, by mistake, a woman was killed by sahaba. When Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) knew it he was very angry with sahaba, his face showed such effects of anger which were never seen before. Even though sahib said she was killed by mistake but he (s.a.w.) felt severe sorrow that justice was not done.


How he (s.a.w.) established justice when deciding between a jew and a muslim. A muslim had borrowed four dirham from a jew and limit of time was ended. The jew complained to him (s.a.w.) that muslim is not paying the due loan. Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), called in the sahabi, Abdullah, and asked to pay right of jew.. Hazrat Abdullah said, by that Being Who sent you with truth, I have no power to pay loan. He (s.a.w.) again said, pay him the loan. Abdullah said, I have told him, you (s.a.w.) would send us to Khaiber and after returning I would pay him from bounty. He (s.a.w.) again said, pay him his right.... When Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) would say something three times it was considered final decision. So Hazrat Abdullah went to bazaar immediately, he was wearing a sheet cloth at lower body and one at head. He put head’s cloth to lower body, and sold sheet and paid four dirham loan.
These were the standards, established by him (s.a.w.). He asked his sahabi to pay who had to sell his clothes.


If we shall maintain these levels of justice at each plane, we shall be counted in real believer of ardent devotee of Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and will be fulfilling purpose of advent of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace). He was sent to convey teaching of Islam and to spread its excellences in world so that maximum people should gather under the flag of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.). This work can be done when we guide the world with truth, and establish justice too. Allah the Exalted has said the very thing in surah al-araaf.


(7:182) And of those We have created there are a people that guide (people) with truth and do justice therewith.


Since always, guidance-givers have been those who guide with truth and justice and today too such people will be successful who guide with truth and establish justice. When a person is not established on guidance, what guidance he will give to others. .. If we have to fulfill pledge of Bai'at of Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and complete his mission, and convey message of Islam to world, and pay right of conveying, then according to this very principle we have to adopt all high morals which is teaching of Islam, which is said by Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), about which Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) has said to do so.. If our testimonies are not according to truth and justice, if our household and societal relations are not according to teaching of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) , if our hearts are not clean from malice for foe, our conveying message will not be real. By seeing our conditions and justice, others will say to us first act on these advices, first apply justice in your society, then tell us. So each Ahmadi has very big responsibility to open paths for conveying by their deeds. The people who will know Islam by seeing our acts they shall not stay without admiting beauties of Islam. May Allah do so that we mold our lives by following commandments of Allah the Exalted and fulfill right of Bai'at of Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.), may we be model of justice and guidance for others.
