So, once again just popping by to say hello and give you an update on life!

But first... What is going on with the blogs! You can tell I haven't been on in ages from the fact that this is the first time I've been on the blogs since it changed... and I can't figure it out!

Anyhoodle... College is finished for the year and I just have TWO more courses to do before I graduate! I've decided not to do a second major and just have creative writing as my only major for my BA (hons) in Humanities. I'm still going to do the Myths and Legends in Greek and Roman Worlds course as a lot of my writing is full of myths and I just love them. On top of that I'm going to do Childrens Literature. I'll complete my degree with that module... and then I'm considering moving onto a MA in Creative Writing. There are some great MA's available in distance learning formats. I'm particularly interested in the one from University of Edinburgh. It will take me three years to do it, but considering I've already spent so long working on my degree (four years with another two to go) that I don't really mind. I might even go on to do a Phd after!

So I've completed my Creative Writing modules and I really learnt so much from them. I've been so lucky with my tutors. My A215 tutor had been wonderfully encouraging, while my A363 tutor (an Irish poet I'd previously heard of and was excited about having as a tutor) helped give me the confidence to tackle things I'd normally not write. I wrote a 30 minute screenplay for my EMA instead of going for poetry like I'd done with A215. Infact, I didn't do any poetry this year at all! I was going to do some for one of my TMA's but ended up writing a piece of Life Writing that got me my highest mark of the course. I had really enjoyed writing it, but the content means I can't share it. :(

I'm planning on submitting my screenplay into the Bluecat Screenplay competition, but I'm holding off until I get my result in August. I think I need to see my grade to give me the boost to submit. I've never been so proud of something I've written before, even though it broke me mentally to write it. But I'm recovering. My days aren't so dark as they were. There is some sun getting in.

In other news, I don't think I'd mentioned it the last time, but I got involved with a group of OU Creative Writing students and helped produce an anthology of poetry, short stories and life writing written by OU A215 students. It was officially published at christmas! We called it Sea of Ink and we've continued on as a publishing group. So basically, I'm currently (and voluntarily) Head of Submissions and Admin for Ink Pantry Publishing! And I'm a busy bee with it at the moment because we've just opened submissions for a second anthology to all A174, A215 and A363 OU students, past and present! I must say, I love doing it and I'm absolutely lucky to be working with an amazing team too. So yes, book number two should be out by the end of the summer and book number one is still on sale in e-book form (ePub and Kindle)! Success!! Not to mention, I'm officially a published writer as two pieces belonging to myself were selected for the publication; one poem and a short story. :hurray:

Now onto some of the even better news! Myself and Kilted Exile got married. I'm now officially Niamh MacFarlane. We had our wedding in March at a little presbyterian church and our reception was in a beautiful hotel out in Portmarnock. Here's some photos!
On top of our wedding, we are off to Australia next month for my sisters wedding. Busy year! Looking forward to it. Going to be another great event with lots of crazy Aussies, plus a couple of weeks exploring Sydney again! It will be Drew's first time in Australia so he really wants to go to Taronga Zoo. Awesome! Shame Sprinks isn't based in Sydney. :(

And on top of all of that, we have also just bought our own apartment. It's a NAMA property so was pretty cheap. Originally would have cost over €300K and we got it for €90k! It's a little two bed apartment with a balcony and it's own private roof garden. Here is the view from the garden. Sweet!

We can see right out to Howth Head, Dublin Bay (you can just about make out a ship coming into port to the left of the pyramid), Portmarnock and Baldoyle! Just about see the Dublin Mountains too! We are hoping it will be finished inside next week so we can start to move in.

Well, I think that is everything.

So how are all of you?
Life has been mental. And I mean mental. Since I last posted, I've done six OU courses, been promoted in work, got engaged and am planning on getting married in March.
I'm also currently working on a novel and some poems for "hopefully" publishing.
Other then the fact that I barely have two seconds to myself, life is pretty peachy. Unfortunately, those two seconds aren't generally enough time to log in here anymore, and I must admit, I have missed my litnet family a lot over the last while. I still have three years left of my degree, and things are about to get mental so I just thought I'd pop by to let you know, I'm still here, still thinking of you all and that I hope you are all well.
Love

As some of you are all aware, I was previously and Archaeologist. I thought i'd share my sites with you all!

College work experiences saw me on this one in Dundalk Co.Louth
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...Louth&id=10114

I was on the site when they started stripping back and found the first curve of the ringfort. I returned to the site for a few days in the summer before heading to my very first employed Dig! It was in Carraigmacross in Co. Monaghan.
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...aghan&id=10331

this was by far the best dig i was ever on! And hte weather was great that summer!

From there i moved on to Mullingar In Co. Westmeath
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...meath&id=10820

It was a medieval burial site. I was only there for a short while before the site finished up and we moved back to Dundalk this time to a bronze age burial site!
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...Louth&id=10103

Just before the christmas of that year we finished up and most of us were moved on to Kill in Co. Kildare
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...ildare&id=9708

and

http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...ldare&id=11725
this site actually went on until the May and then we moved a bit down the road to another short lived site
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...ublin&id=11400

the after a short bit of unemployment i relocated to Cavan town.
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...Cavan&id=11054

not the best site as burnt mounds are awful to deal with but i did get to excavate a cooking pit! :)

then after anothe bout of unemployment i went to work on the famous carrickmines site!
This site had been going on for years so i cant find the exact excavations i worked on but heres a whole load of the Carrickmines excavation history! :)
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Sear...bmit=Do+Search

I think this was mine
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...ublin&id=11400

from there i went to my second last site. A viking dig on church street in Dublin.
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...ublin&id=13490

this was my very last excavation not far from where i grew up.
http://www.excavations.ie/Pages/Deta...ublin&id=13449

a lengthier bout of unemployment meant i took a job "temporarily" in a bookstore... five years later... i'm still there!

So i've been very tardy with blogging in the last few months and never got around to blogging about my trip to Canada to see Kilted!

I got there late on the saturday and Kilted and his lovely mam picked me up from the airport. (Yep! I met his mother for the first time after hours of travelling and flying, tried, sweaty and cranky... she still liked me. :p ) We took a quick stop off in Orangeville for food in the Swiss Chalet (is that right?) and i had my first sloppy. When i saw warm chicken sandwich with gravy on the menu i thought it would be a toasted sambo with some gravy on the side. Nope! Warm with gravy smothered on top. And it was delicious!!!!
We got to Kincardine at about 11.30pm. I'd been up 24 hours by this point and Kilteds mam dropped us off at his place. I got in the door and passed out.
The Sunday we celebrated my birthday. :) We met his mam and his brother for a coffee that morning in the coffee shop by his place. Then off to the shops to buy food as kilted had no food in his place. We went for a walk later in the day and then I got dinner made for me as part of my birthday treat!
Had homemade prawn cocktail for starters, chicken and baby potatoes in a creamy mushroom sauce for dinner and chocolate fondue for desert.
heres me with my starter. Was all yummy!

The tulips were from Kilted that i was given at the airport. arent they lovely?
On the monday we went for breakfast. I've never seen so much food in all my life! mental. i think we went into the bookstore that day and i bought a first edition Robin Mckinley book (which i've blackmailed Nightshade with. yep! I'm a lovely friend! haha) and Le Morte d'Arthur for about ten dollers. went for a walk. it was cold.
We went down to the beach and kilted fell on his bum. (love this picture!)

He slipped trying to catch me because i sank into a load of snow.
That night we (i think) we went for dinner in the eerie bell. Once again never seen so much food! I do however like the fact you can take home whatever you dont eat. dont get that here... but then you dont get some monsterous potrions either! :D
The tuesday we celebrated our valentines and went to a fantastic restaurant called Tramontos. food was to die for yummy!
On the wednesday we walked around kincardine again, mainly down to the frosen harbour.

there is a beautiful lighthouse there.

That night we went around to his mams for dinner. She made a fish pie and it was lovely! Kilted wore his Dublin jersey that i got him as a birthday present!

I think it really suits him!

Thursday was his birthday. I took him out for breakfast for his birthday and we met his mam later that day for coffee. Then it was my turn to cook him dinner.
Homemade butternut squash and sweet potato soup for starter, my stuffed breaded portabello mushrooms for main and store bought carrot cake for desert!

Friday we lazed about and then went for chinese with his mam for dinner.
Saturday it was off to Toronto. His mam drove as we were supposed to meet up with his brother and brothers girlfriend and go lunch and the museum, but by the time we ate lunch it was too late to go, so we headed for the hotel and i said goodbye to his mam and Bro.
That night we went into Medieval Times. Was great!
Sunday we went into the city as i had to pop into Tiffenys to get a charm for my nieces birthday present. then we went to the Hard Rock for dinner.
The it was time to go home. :( I said goodbye to Kilted at the airport. :(

Here are a couple fo pics of us from the hol

So I just realised its been a long time since i last blogged. I never even blogged about my trip to canada! Shocking. In a nutshell... It was fantastic!
Anyway... whats been going on in my life?
Where do i start!
College. College has been going great! I've gotten some really good marks (bar one ) so far and i'm happy with it.
TMA01 i got 79%, TMA02 i got 82%, TMA03 i got 81%, TMA04 i got 52% (Misread the question), TMA05 i got 78% and i just submitted TMA06. Some people probably wouldnt be happy with those marks but i am. I havent been in college since 2003 so i think getting these grades is a great achievement (bar the one. Although i'm tempted to contest it on the grounds that the question was ambigous).
I was originally aiming for a Degree in Literature but thanks to this course i've opted from an Open Arts Degree. I was almost going for and Open Science Degree but decided to stick with the Literature courses at level three. So here is my plan!

Oct 09- May10
Arts Past and Present (60 level 1) Almost completed!

May10- approx Oct 10
Start Writing Fiction (10 level 1)
Archaeology: The Science of Investigation (10 level 1)

Nov 10- Feb 11
Heritage? Whose heritage? (15 level 1)

Feb 11- Oct 11
Approaching Literature (60 level 2)

Oct 11- May/Jun 12
Global Heritage (60 level 2)

first Summer break (woot!)

Nov 12- Apr 13
World Archaeology (30 level 2)

Overlap with (gonna be a tough few months!)

Oct 12- Jun13
19th Century Novel (60 level 3)

Summer break no 2!

Oct 13- Jun 14
Childrens Literature (60 level 3)

= 365 points towards BA (hons) Open Degree (360 needed)

I may need to move "Start Writing Fiction" to another time, all depends on whether i get a mortgage or not... which brings me to my next topic!

I've been hoping to buy an apartment. Yep. Unfortunately it looks like i've blown my chances thanks to a doppy Broker. :( only last try at getting the mortgage and if its a no i've to pull out of the sale. everything was going smoothly and the bank were willing to offer a mortgage to me only the stupid broker had actually lied to the bank and now they dont trust me thanks to her! So i've made her tell them everything correctly, but i dont think they are going to believe any of it because she fabricated stuff to them regarding me and they caught her out and i'm getting blamed for it! I hate lying. I hate it.:incazzato: And because of it, i'm going to loose out on an really fabulous apartment. :( Oh well maybe its not meant to be!

So in February, the company i worked for Hughes & Hughes, went into receivership. If it wasnt for the fact i worked in Dublin Airport, i'd have lost my job. DAA told the Receivers that there was no way they were shutting the stores in Dublin and Cork Airport and we got to remain open until someone took us over. Its the only time in my life i've thanked DAA for actually doing something right, and thanked that i actually worked in the Airport! Another Irish Bookseller, Eason & Sons came in and took over our contracts. I feel very very lucky!

If any of you read Kilted Exiles last blog entry, then you know he is coming over to Ireland to live with me at the end of May (day after i hand in my last essay to be exact!). :) I really cant wait. I'm getting so excited! Him being here is going to be good for me. I still had papayaheds birthday present from last August sitting beside my bed waiting to be postsed and i've been meaning to write a letter to Lady Wentworth for like six months now. I'm such a procrastinator. I know Kilted is going to make me do all the things i remind myself i have to do and forget. I'm probably moan that i just want to sit on the couch but i know i'll get them out of hte way with a bit of motivation and then i'll feel good that i finally did these things. Hes my rock. If it wasnt for him i'd probably have forgotten to write half of those assignments! :p hehehe
I know most people in long distance relationships whose other half is moving to live with them probably get excited about being able to be with them full time... well i'm looking forward to getting to do all the little things with Kilted and how having him around is going to be positive for me. :) I'm a different person with him, more alive... happy. So i'm excited.

So i think thats everything... if i forgot something sorry! :D

Niamh

PS. Just one little thing before i go... Sometimes understanding the person is better than understanding beliefs. Showing compassion is better than being right. :) xxxx

Hey everyone! have you missed me?
teh last six weeks have been very very stressful for me. My wonderful laptop more or less kicked the bucket at the beginning of December and after six weeks of trying to get her fixed, i had to buy a new one. :( My new laptop is nice but its just not my old one! :bawling:
So much has gone on since i was last properly online. My Uncle Bernard who has lived in Vancouver for over 40 years came to stay. It was his first time in Ireland in 18 years! He was a great laugh and i got along with him very well. :) we took a trip down to St Anne's park to go photographing together (he has an amazing camera!!!) but it pissed raining and we ended up spending two hours sitting in a cafe drinking tea and coffee before heading home.
The occasion for his visit was a pleasant one. I think i mentioned in my last blog that my Aunt (dad's sister) was given a few weeks to live. Bernard came over for almost three weeks to see her before she died and we all expected her to pass when he was here. She died a week after he left and we buried her on Christmas Eve. :( Cancer is a horrible horrible illness.
Obviously from this info you can tell that christmas wasnt exactly a joyous time for my family. My Mams sisters husband was taken into hospital on christmas day with a heart attack... my uncle Bernard who visited has lung cancer...I've seen so much of death and sickness over the last two months i dont know how i havent been put on anti depressants... (thankfully my dr is on maternity leave or she probably would have! :D... not that i'd have taken them or anything.)
2010 didnt start off very well either. Lot of rubbish going on in work that has been getting to me. But every cloud has a silver lining so good times are on the way!
College has been going well. Been very stressful over the last six weeks with the lack of a compter. :( I'm, exhausted from all the running back and forth from my mams and where i'm living... trying to squeeze study time into any spare chance i had.
Results have been great so far! TMA01 i got 79%, TMA02 i got 82% and TMA03 (results received yesterday!) i got 81%. go me! Next assignment is on Ireland so hopefully i'll do well in this one too! I'm enjoying the course but i'm finding it somewhat stressful at the moment... and some of the chapters have been snoozefests.
Other news... I'm off to Canada on Saturday to see Drew (aka Kilted) I cant wait! I've been counting down to this holiday (literally) since september and i cant believe its almost here! :D  Nine days in Canada (and two weeks in total off work. Priceless!). Its gonna be fun! :) Half my bag is filled with thermal gear. still trying to fit clothes into it and i'll have to lug all my college stuff with me because my TMA04 is due the week i get back.
Anyway! Enough of my ranting! Newsletter will be done on wednesday before i head to see we will rock you.
did i mention its great to be back!!!!!!

So now that i've calmed down thanks to the great talent of my wonderful other half, i need to get whats wrong off my chest.
a couple of fridays ago i found out from my mam that my Auntie Cora had been given a few days. She has Overian cancer in a secondary stage. She was let home last week, but my dad hasnt been allowed to see her. She has been suffering from it for over a year, and had a short remission period... but obviously it didnt last. I've been basically waiting to hear about her since.
On Sunday i found out my friend Gillians Granny died. Gill had looked after her for years but her alzhiemers got to bad and Gills parents took her to their home.
A couple of hours later, while getting ready to sit in my seat at the cinema my friend Ciara unexpectedly turned around an announced that a girl both myself and Lisa had been good friends with in School during our last two years, graduated with, drank with until college tore us all apart... a girl both myself and Ciara had a great night out with only about 4 years ago had died that morning... of Cervical Cancer.... I didnt even know she was sick. I'm gutted. 27 years old with two young kids. life really is a *****!
Yesterday i went over to my parents house as i normally do on my days off... i love hanging out with my folks. They are nuts. My mam told me that my Dads brother Bernard had called, said he was thinking of coming over to stay for a few days to see Cora before she died. He told them that he would need to ask his doc if that was okay. this surprised them. Turns out... he has lung cancer.
In the last few days i've been surounded by nothing but death, cancer and dying. it finally overwhelmed me in work when i say Tina's (my school friend) obituary in the Herald. I couldnt stop crying ... had a bit of an emotional breakdown. A lot has been going on in work and my life over the last month and this just topped me over. How does one deal with that much sickness and death in two days? just cant. My old school friends funeral is tomorrow morning and Gills Grannys is thursday morning... Thankfully i've 8 days hols from friday or i may have had to take time off.

so i'm dedicating this song to Tina... Rest in peace hun. xxx

So tomorrow i'll have been a member of litnet for three years. wow! where did those years go!
My time here on litnet has been a loving one, bar a short period that personally i wont talk about. Has nothing to do with my good friends here. :)

This time three years ago i was feeling very lonely and rather sorry for myself. I was sick with pneumonia and out of work for about two weeks at this point. Had been more or less couped up in my bedroom and had no visitors. I got very bored one fateful 19th of november and decided i'd mess around on the internet. I decided to look up J.M.Synge and he led me to here. I'd never joined a forum before so it was a real taboo for me when i signed up. Was a bit distant at first but like everyone else soon felt myself sucked into the chats and discussions. I had people to talk to... so i kept coming back.

Even when i was better i was still coming on. It became a part of my day to day life... Get up, go on to litnet, have shower, get dressed, go to work, come home go on litnet. If i wasnt out and about with my then boyfriend, i was sitting at home on litnet. The people here had become friends to me. by the March i'd gotten to meet my first litnetter Cookie. It was a strange experience meeting someone from the internet. I mean... what if they turned out to be an axe murderer?... thankfully they turned out to be a German with a packet of cookies! :brow:

By the August i was asked to be a Mod. That was a strange experience at first but i've enjoyed it. I'm still learning though. i dont think i would have if there hadnt been such an amazing team. I've bacome really good friends with some of them and best friends with one. But i'm getting ahead of myself!

My first year came and went. I think i threw a party! hehehe. In the november a group of us started sending a Leprechaun teddy around the world! Was fun while it lasted!

2008 came along and i started to natter away to Nightie who one day just went "Oi! Give me your no. I need someone new to torment!" (well it was something along those lines!) 2008 for me was spending a whole year mainly talking to Nighie on skype, and Papayahed too.

In the summer of 2008 i broke up with my boyfriend and began to have a life, even though some of it was online... okay i admit! I'm sad! it was most of it! In the September i took a holiday to Australia and it was wonderful! 3 whole weeks away from Ireland, work and all the bad memories!

My life was changing and litnet was remaining a major part of my life. I wanted to give something back to the people... And so during the month of my second year here, i gave Litnet the Newsletter. (yes! Its Me! :) ) It went through verious stages before it came to what it is. Admin was the genius (obviously) behind the blog idea. Mine was way too far out. :p Its had its ups and its downs. But its one years old now! Happy Birthday!

2009 rolled in pretty quickly, and i can tell you, i never though it was going to be as great a year as it has been! I had a really memorable birthday, the first non disaster in years! Nightie came over for it. was great! As you can see...

I started to travel a lot more... I think it was Scher who summed it up in her post in ^< saying she travelled to work, i worked to travel... It really become like that for me!
March came and i went to Worcester,

April i went to London,

May i was in Edinburgh with a group of people i knew from a Paranormal forum,

June i went to Manchester to visit Nightie,

June/july i had an important visiter,

August i was grounded in Ireland,
September i was in Bruges,

last month i was grounded again and this month i'm off to Cardiff... Canada in January! :D

The end of Feb was when the period briefly mentioned in the beginning of the blog happened that i wont go into. A few people know what its about but i'll not mention it. I was feeling rather down until i logged onto facebook and got a message from a litnetter that made me laugh. We'd never really spoken much before but after that we were soon chatting all the time. And something happened that neither of us expected.
We are celebrating 6 months next week. :D

With a firm push over a few months by a certain Mod, I started back in college in October. The course i'm doing is really interesting... But i still havent gotten my first asignment back! :p Thank you! ;)
I'm hoping to do a degree in Literature and the English language... but i have a seeking suspicion that history is starting to creep back into the degree possiblities!

So now that those three years have passed its time to face the next three and see where life takes me! :)

Happy 3rd Litaversary to me!

(for anyone who is wondering... the news will be blogged later today. sorry! I've been rather busy!)

The airport as you all know is a constant hub of activity. For those of us who work there, there are faces you would see constantly, many belonging to people who have been working there for decades.

One such face belonged to a woman named Margaret. how long she has been working in the airport i'm not sure, but it was a very long time. She ran the Kiosk sweet shops in the landside area of Dublin Airport, one of the shops being located beside one of ours in the arrivals hall. Up until a few years about she held the lease for the Kiosk, but lost it to a couple of friends of some top notch in the DAA (politics! Meh!)

She was an old woman in her 70's, more than likely mid to late, and everyone knew her; the staff in the airport and the drivers of the buses. she was like a foundation stone in that airport and greatly admired.

Now, a few years ago she fell ill and was out of work for a few months. when she came back she was supposed to take it easy. But how many of us listen to our doctors eh? When the new crowd took over, Margaret was actually working more than she had before coming in at 5am and going home after 1pm for a few hours and then coming back in later that evening to close up because the new staff couldnt do it right. In my opinion, the new bosses took advantage of her knowledge of running the stores and her kindness.

I said it to her more than once, as did her family who had left the Kiosk in disgust when Margaret lost the lease, and told her to stop working so hard and to start looking after herself.... i only said it to her on Tuesday of last week because she was looking tired and her eye was badly infected again. She even said it herself that she needed to and that it was about time she listened to us all and stopped pushing herself. I think the last words i said to her before she got off the bus were to take care of herself, to stop letting those *insert a million curse words* take advantage of her, to start looking after herself and i'd see her soon...

Today i had to go out to head office for a meeting and found out from my friend Sarah that Margaret had been taken into Beaumont hospital on Saturday and had passed away. I'm so upset for her family, so sad that she is gone as she was such a genuinely wonderfully sweet woman, and i am also so angry at the *bleep* who took over the lease from her two years ago for taking advantage of her. She was an old woman and they should have known better than to have abused her kindness. They pushed her and pushed her and it wasnt fair and now before she could even properly begin to rest and take life easier and at her own pace and relax for the rest of her days she is gone.

Rest in peace Margaret... you will always be remembered by your friends, family and the intire airport community.

Unfortunately i have to fly via Heatrow. I'm not a fan of heatrow and i'm flying in and out of two terminals i've never been in, one and three. (delt with two and four) Slightly Dearer than the Philadelphia route which i opted against because even though i'd just be passing through the Airport i'd still have to apply for a stinking US visa and fill out all the emigration papers (which in my opinion it thick!), with the potential of being refused passed customs check to get my other fight if they werent satisfied, a risk i aint taking! And i dont need a Visa to go to Canada so why the hell would i pay for a visa to just be in a country for two hours just so i can go to another? i dont think so!
But ne'r mind! :D the important thing is.... I'm going to Canada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

So litnet knows i'm a lover of travelling. This year i havent done much bar a weekend in Worchester, Manchester and Edinburgh. I'll probably throw another weekend to Worcester in for later this year but i do have a couple of other trips planned for this year!
Next month i'm off to Bruges. A couple of friends of mine from Belgium are getting married. :D i'm going to be there for five days, so i'm going to have an adventure in Bruges for a few days on my own (unless subby or someone wants to come to Belgium to meet me! :D) So expect a lot of photos!
Also in November i'm going to Cardiff with my best friend. we are going to be complete geeks and do the torchwood tour! :D We are looking to go for a gig or other things to do but i think its going to be a good weekend! :) Expect photos from there too!
I think thats it for this year but i do already have a few trips planned for next year already! hehehe:D In the end of March i'm off back to Wales to Llanelli for a Paranormal investigation weekend at Pembery Woods and Bunkers. cant wait.
Maybe late next year i'll use two of my holiday weeks to pop back over to Australia to see the bro and sis. Dont think my big trip will happen now due to the whole college thing. Think the second year is going to cost close to €3000. eek!
But the biggy is in January! I'm hoping to get little over a week off from work so i can go spend seven days throwing snowballs at a certain forum member in Canada! :p I've put in for the hols so fingers crossed everyone i get granted the time off. :D I've never been to Canada, and i've never seen proper snow before either so i'm really excited about going to see such a beautiful country!!! I've already picked up a pair of warm fleece lined boots, and i have my eye on a new hat, scarf and glove/ mitten set. :p I cant wait!
On another note, i'm going back to college in october! wish me luck! :D
