Something posted in another thread made me think of this. But pretty much I was born an old maid I think. In high school I never bothered with the whole dating thing, I never felt the slightest inclination or desire to do so. It all seemed like such a pointless waste of time to me. Thats it! i'm banning myself from buying books until i read all the ones sitting around my gaff calling out to me to read them. I have plenty of good books just waiting to be read and some of them were bought at least a year or two ago! Shame on me! And god knows how much money i would save if i do ban myself from buying books other than the book club reads. Books are an addiction to me! And it doesnt help that i work for a booksellers! ...
Wild times hit the old shop yesterday evening. The company cut-up was doing his usual routine of harassing a fellow worker. He delightfully refers to himself as the company smart***. His girlfriend says that is part of his charm. Bear in mind that this was all being done as a joke.
