Christmas left me
as a child many moons ago
Christmas than was happy
full of family, gifts and snow
of laughter and of joy
without strife or worry
without all the rushing
the busyness, the flurry
But last year christmas spirit
seemed to have been lost
and with the other empty bags
upon the dumpster tossed
it dissappeared amonsgt the crowds
was hidden by the presents
but hope came in the form of a manger ...

Belatedly wishing all a Merry Christmas. For me, the holiday was a bit of a mess, but I won't bore you with all the bad stuff. Just hope that all of my friends, my on-line nieces and nephews had a wonderful time.
