  1. The Well Inside

    The Well Inside

    I can find no words
    to express what I
    want to say

    I ponder away the
    passing hours but
    there remains a blank
    page

    Questions pour form
    my mind, but they
    have no answers

    Only this well inside
of me, ready to brim over
    but there is that something
    not quite right

    A missing piece
    I desperately seek
    delving into the depths

  2. Dos Passos - I

Not quite done with the trilogy. I'm about a quarter of the way through the last book. It's been very hectic at work and I haven't much time to read or blog. I'll eventually have a longer blog on the interesting construct of this novel, but first I want to revisit the 600 pound gorilla.

  3. Wowsers...

The Awakening....the epitome of sexual frustration. That book is so freaking intense. Incredibly intense. I am not really one who enjoys listening or reading to the feminist ideals and what not, but this book is rather entertaining. However, I cannot see why she does not like her husband. Has anyone ever watched The Vicar of Dibley (comedy series on BBC 1) - the episode im talking about was a one off christmas special starring the gorgeous Richard Armitage, I'll find it on youtube actually- one moment... they ...

  5. Arabian Nights

    Arabian Nights

    Balmy Eastern nights
    always will be remembered
    your scent lingers still

    Hidden in the sands
    enchanted desert beauty
    our eternity

    Your rare fruits I taste
    lost in wonders never dreamed
    so touched by the sun

    With my dying breath
    cradled in your oasis
    on this golden sea
