  1. Avatars Uncensored

I find it interesting to see all of the Avatars that everyone has chosen. As I get to know each of you a little, it intrigues me even more as to why each of you have chosen your Avatars. Here I go first.

This is a depiction of Jean Valjean, the main character in the book Les Miserables. Bienvenu (which in some languages closely resembles the word for 'Welcome') was a minor character, the Bishop of Digne. The Bishop had a profound effect on the ex-convict Valjean by bestowing his ...

  2. Atma

Something I wrote a few days ago.

Atma is the center of and the source of the universe. It is all-inclusive, beyond form or duality. Infinite, it is ungraspable. The source, it is inevitable, eternal, and all-attracting. My heart aches for a joy long gone
A perverted sense of time, a twisted emotion
    Ravaged beyond recognition.
Sent to a Hell, a vile force that seeks out the wounded and sacrifices the weak
That devastates the pained, wrenching out hearts and souls alike, no grievances to mull

    Memories ...

  5. the pressure to date

Isn't it silly that if you're under 25, people will tell you that you're too young to get married, but if you go throughout high school and college without a relationship, they think something's wrong with you?

I'm not ashamed to admit, I've always been single. I'm happy that way right now. I don't even think it's a conscious decision; I just haven't run across a guy yet that knocks me off my feet and it seems silly to go on dates with fellows I'm only half or not at all interested ...
