I love weekends. They are completely devoted to nothing--but I always end up doing something. At the moment, I am trying to recover from the massive intake of food. Man, when I think about the meal I just demolished, my mouth starts salivating. What is a real Easter meal? I was just curious, because my mom and I cooked classic Mexican food. So as many of you know, I work on a ranch. As I write this, I am not at such ranch. During the cold months, the only jobs to be done up there are feeding and snow removal. And with the way the economy is, I moved back down to the city when winter set in. Well the snow has lifted and spring is upon us. Which means that I will be returning.
