The decisive cause for this blog was the reaction that I got to enquiring why there is a perceived (or otherwise) difference between the haiku poetic form & the senryu. They say
you shouldn’t
run with knives
but I question this
what is the purpose
of life
when you’re not
tempting death
add more salt
to the eye
perhaps I will
go blind

a nice clean cut

Unfortunately the dove is no more. Because the animal was intended to only be a temporoary resident, and for lack of anywhere else to keep it for the time, I had the bird in an old bird cage of mine sitting on top of one of my rabbit huts, because there is virutullay nowhere in the house I could have kept the brid cage, and I couldn't put in the gargage becasue my cats so I kept it in the backyard, becasue Taz usually never goes back there and he is the only one that I really was worried about it. ...
