  1. Poking the Bear

    It felt very good to tell the Sprint Roadside Service representative from AAA National that he was out of his mind.

    Was even more fun when I held the phone out to my partner Bob with the statement--"Hey Bob--they're sending another call!!" said with great derision and less then concealed gloating. Ah let them hear the smile in your voice on the phone--yippy skippy.

    Bob gasped with disbelief and said "Whaaatt!!!"

  2. Oh, I Love

    This is one of my favorite sayings. Is it true? I don't know. I'm currently in the process of finding out. In any event, the following poem was inspired by it.

    I used a form of poetic argument called The Bop, and it is the form for the Form Poetry Contest this month, if you care to give it a try.

    Lost Highway - Okay, one thing is for sure about David Lynch's Lost Highway, you probably will never see another film like it. It is, in my opinion, Lynch's darkest, certainly his coldest leaving the audience with little empathy for any of the characters, except maybe young Jimmy.

    Okay, this is one of the most underrated films of the 90's, but it does possess something that the critics in 1997 were right about, it is an excersise in style, though that doesn't mean that it's an empty ...

  5. What a stragne day. . . .

    Well, this morning after getting off of LitNet and msn, I went up stairs to do the dishes, then some job hunting. With extreme luck, I found something at this online magazine based in Milwaukee. The best positions weren't open of course, but the photography examiner one was!

    This is perfect, because I don't have to even leave the comfort of my house; I just have to submit a certian number of articles each week or month, and I get paid through Pay-Pal, the pay being far above minimum ...
