  1. Girl in the Mirror/Winter Spirits

A couple of experimental peices, taking the same basic concept in slightly different directions. I am not sure if I do condsider this to be poetry, but I wanted to try something differnet and this idea came to me, so I decided to play it out.

  2. Day in the Life

I am out of here! I'm waiting for my ride. A walk in the desert (I'll try not to skip). I'm going to Gold Butte, lots of petroglyphs, a spectacular sink hole, and some sweet sweet silence. I haven't been there in several years so I'm very much looking forward to it. We are going to hike into a site called Kohta Circus. the wall that is beyond
    penetration
    so you lurk
    in shadows
and corner of the eyes glances
    starting upon the corner
    crossing the street
    passing a storefront window
    it comes in a flash
    and fades away
    ...

  5. Avatar review

We walked out of the theater. Me, Emily and Zach. Ten degrees below zero. We got into the car. Five minutes later Zach and I discovered that we really had to pee, really bad. I had drank two large sodas in the theater, and so did Zach. Soon enough we were bouncing up and down like little kids. Zachs house was only a couple of minutes away, but it seemed like forever. We even considered pulling over and peeing on the side of the road. Yes, we had to go that bad. But then a car drove past and we got ...
