I went to the library yesterday. It's the Manchester central library, very close to where I work. It's a wonderful library with diverse stock in a stunning building. I love it. As I was wandering around I noticed lots of posters on the walls. They said something about library closure. I took a closer look.... THE LIBRARY IS CLOSING! Disaster! The library is being closed for refurbishment, which doesn't sound so bad except IT WON'T RE-OPEN UNTIL 2013! ...
I never much cared for figure skating, that is as an Olympic event to watch, especially not the paired skating. You walk up to someone, you smile as you come towards them. You can see the sun falling over their eyes, like an angel. As they notice you are approaching, they turn their head and walk away.
