I would lke to keep track of what I am reading, and my thoughts about the books and poems for my future reference. I also have another idea that I would like to keep a track of. I have always been interested in language and its use. I suppose I have a liberal attitude towards language and its development. I like the idea that doable - the word - was not an acceptabe word 15 years ago. It has been used, grown in usage and become an acceptable part of everyday language. ...
they have given the eruption in the volcano the name 'tourist eruption' there are so many people travelling up there it crazy. people don't seem to worry a lot about this thing and they say it's small but could last for a few weeks and even months.... I have decided to read only books for school now, at least for a while. I have so much to read for school I can't get over it all, so I'm gonna make it my 'bedtime read' too. politics and history mainly I think. I'm getting kinda worried ...

I was out on my walk today when I happened upon this lizard sitting on the sidewalk, and at first I thought that the poor thing was dead, because it was just sitting there and did not run off or show any sign of movement when I approached, but when I reached down to touch it, it moved a little bit, and then I saw that the poor thing had been injured.
