It's that time of year again: when it rains copiously, the dog goes mad twitching between barking anger and fear, and half the population blow their well earned cash on the dubious celebration that is Bonfire Night. I say half the population - a quarter will sensibly wait for a drier night, and the other quarter are in comforting the dog and mopping up pee because the dog won't venture into the explosive environment.

oh boy!!! where do i start???so many things have changed my friends ahve been accepted at universities all over the country so practically i don't have any friends here and i have to start over again.
My major is Chemical Engineering ,they say it's really tough and if you want to get to the top you're going to have to face a lot of problems.To be honest i really don't know chemical engineering,but I've been told it has everything in it,from chemistry physics maths archicture (at one point) ...

I happened to hear this rather sudden knock at the door which startled me because I wasn't expecting anyone, I never expect anyone, because there generally is no reason for anyone to come to my house, and I don't know anyone who would and at first I thought it was someone selling something because in my neighborhood we get people coming around selling strawberries and oranges and such things. So usually I just ignore them like I do the phone figuring eventually they will go away when no one answers, ...
