  2. Your Fading Light

    Your Fading Light

    Your eyes
    always burned
    with their own light,
    smoldering from within,
    radiating outward,
    through the darkness
    they led me.

    But as the stars
    hovering above,
    remain beyond reach,
    you have become
    a distant satellite
    watched from afar.

    While I am left
    grounded
    within your shadow,
    and you always will tower
    above, a paramount.

About a couple months ago I went out in the garage to see my cat and noticed that his left eye had suddenly changed color. His eyes have always been a green-yellow color, but all of the sudden his left eye now looked more reddish brown. I went to take a closer look at

  5. Am I back? Maybe. This is mostly about Harry Potter, btw.

I turned twenty a little over a month ago. I think twenty DOES feel different from the teenage years, although that's probably psychological. However, I do think I turned into an adult somewhere in the past school year. The change isn't really earth-shattering or radical or anything, but I like it.

Heh. I was praying and thinking this morning and realized I wanted to blog but somehow fell out of the mood. I wanted to talk about how I've changed, what I've learned about myself over ...
