  1. Two Christmas Countdowns

by , 12-01-2012 at 02:17 PM (Barmy Blue's Bland Blog)
It was either that or Double Advent. I decided against it because I found it a little confusing. I decided to get an advent calendar this year. I know I'm too old for it but I kind of missed the excitement of opening it and blogging my findings. I can't promise a daily update. I'd feel like I'm hogging the blog page. We'll see how we go.

So. I have a calendar. Guess what. So does the dog. Last year we got her one with Mini Markies. There was nothing to blog about though because they ...

  2. Gas

by , 12-01-2012 at 11:22 AM (Memories of the 28th Century)
While the subject of intestinal gas is not a common dinner table topic, it is something that we all have, and it is significant. Gas varies in fragrance from completely vile and sickening to mildly fragrant and almost pleasant. The fragrance is a result of the blend on intestinal flora and what is in the intestine. on an unmarked grave,
    our flesh carved the stone
the look in your eyes an elegy
    how beautiful

  4. Stones Play O2

They played the O2 in London. Read my blog on this from a month ago: http://www.online-literature.com/for...Doom-and-Gloom

Apparently they were great. So jealous. Someone filmed the show of what appears as a phone camera and they have video clips of mostly mediocre quality on youtube.

Here's an extended report from Sky News: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5l1XjVikTM

Here's what I think was the best quality video, "You Can't ...

  5. Uncertain Fate for Transgender Rights Bill

I've decided to write a bit about a current bill, that is currently before a Parliamentary committee, which would make explicit the extension of Canada's Human Rights provisions to transgender persons.

The bill hasn't got much media attention at all, and like usual transgender issues are ignored unless they are being used for some salacious thrill on daytime talk shows. There are two main reasons why I wanted to try and do a little publicity for the bill.

    First ...
