  1. Ash Wednesday and Work

I was reminded of Ash Wednesday when I was commenting on Bluebird's blog on Pancake Day, which made me think of this little incident at work, which made me think of work, which reminded me of a blog here (http://www.online-literature.com/for...ration-at-Work) back in October where I mentioned a mechanical failure to one of the key parts of my project at work.

First on Ash Wednesday. Late Tuesday I got a request from one of the directors to attend ...

  2. The wait

by , 02-13-2013 at 07:48 AM (Unshackling the feelings)
Youth lives a life of flower,
that stays for a while and disappears.
You wonder why you have to keep trying
to run all the time, just to move on?
Why don't you slow it down a bit to mend
the broken pieces of your own life?
You pray and take a shelter for a rebirth,
to see the world in different perspectives.
The bleak sky rains, you wait for a change,
and your soul tries to befriend your body again.

  4. Tomorrow It Will Not Rain Miso Soup

by , 02-12-2013 at 12:34 AM (Barmy Blue's Bland Blog)
Something odd happened yesterday. I happened to say that I didn't think it would snow again because it seemed to be getting a little warmer and the mice seemed anxious to get back outside. Not long after writing that I found out that it was snowing. Spooky.

So. If miso soup rains down from above tomorrow then we can conclude that I have some kind of powers in regards to the weather. Tomorrow is the long awaited Pancake Day. I'm quite looking forward to it, even though I won't be eating ...

    Peace be on you.
The message of peaceful restoration of faith in this era had reached in East Bengal in the time of Promised Messiah Mahdi (1889-1908) . Two persons who had accepted him, had the opportunity to meet him personally. In the time of his first Khilafat (1908 -1914), the numbers reached to 500. In 1913, they raised a mosque and the Community started officially in that area (what is now Bangladesh) that year.

The total of three faithful (two men and a ...
