Work tonight going ok. First day back is always a bit of a trial getting back into the business of making promises I have no power to keep and begging stations to do their jobs.

Started the morning off calling Time Warner to sic them on Earthlink because Earthlink keeps creating a bill for me on the cable line which I pay by way of Time Warner. Success after 20 mins.

Off to the Credit Union to grab the check and finish December bills and get a good start on January. Paid all but 2 of bills received already--those will have to wait until the 2nd for Uncle Sam's show of appreciation for using up my youth and tepid vitality.
