    Do you have them? People whith great long families and life stories who move into your head I mean? I know I do.
    I suppose Id better qualify that before everyone starts backing away with paniced eyes and frozen smiles Im talking about charcters and stories. Ever since I can rember Ive had stories when ever Im scared or stressed or in pain. I suppose its some kind of psychological defense mechanisim designed to distract me.     I'm so pleasantly surprised to find that, despite my inexperience with professional teaching, I am still so excited and happy when opportunities to teach arise.

    I had a videoconference class today, and there were some technical difficulties.     So, I am currently reading Edna St. Vincent Millay:

    Doing a little critical analysis of the poem, "Never May the Fruit Be Plucked"

    What is the fruit?
    How can we "eat love?"
    Certainly we cannot gather love, like gathering grapes in a barrel.
    Is this a carpe diem poem?

    I do think this poem is applicable to both gals and guys...
