  1. Wedding Plans

Now where were we. Woman, wooed and won. Commitment to share breathing space until death brings relief -check. Rings, secured but not happily. It can only get better right? Somewhat.

In my ego I decide to do some rubbing in the nose of my own and I find out that Margie is at a picnic off base so I bring Ruth out there to meet her and basically show off because I'm a class act and wanted one more shot at being missed. Now one of Margie's conceits was that while stationed at ...

  2. The Essay of Doom

Let’s see now. I’m currently sitting in the common room trying to fix this ghastly essay before tomorrow with a space bar that only half works. My main problems are that I don’t explain my points and I have real trouble with all of that language and structure crap. 3. The Final Death

This will a break from the meeting, wooing, romancing and wedding the long suffering spouse in order to get the third and final traffic death that I was borderline part of to display how irresponsibility and disregard for basic human decency and simple safety precautions can have far reaching effects. I use this blog for personal theraphy, exorcise a few demons that have acculmulated over the years and occasionally strive to entertain and share value in life lessons with my readers whoever you ...

  4. Manners, schmanners

    Manners, who needs 'em?!

This is a bit of a rant because I am annoyed. I belong to a couple of forums and I have noticed a disturbing trend. People come on, ask a question and demand (not ask, demand!) help with their request. Then they are either rude or never even bother to say thanks! What is up with that?

I guess I can live with the not thanking part, even though it takes like, 5 seconds to type in a message like "Thanks, your tip really helped me!", ...

  5. Wisconsin Heatwave

Well, I'm home for a couple of days, and its maybe 70 degrees warmer here than when I left northern Alaska. The temperature is hovering around the freezing point. A snowstorm is approaching with the threat of a foot of snow on the way.

I've already started 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being'. It already holds insights to me, which I can appreciate. I especially can relate to the portion early in the book where the author writes that his insomnia is related love, and how he can't ...
