    Ok, I have thought of a purpose for my blog now: It will be to bore any prospective readers with the thoughts of a suffering Rangers fan. After every game the team play I will be reacting to it here.

    Seeing as their first competitive game was last night, the boredom for the rest of you starts here (however there will likely be lots of tears, pain & recriminations - so that should amuse those of you with a sadistic bent)

    Yesterday while checking my email, I received one from my cousin Sandy. The subject heading read "HI!" Usually her emails consist of the subject heading "Fw:" followed by some chain letter curse or something of similar lines.

    The first line in the email said, "Grandma told me..." and went on about how my grandma told her about my getting a job at university, oh, and moving into my new apartment...how come I didn't tell anyone??

  4. Whine, whine, whine

    I have a delima at my house. We are in a situation that has gone on for years. We know the solution, but neither my husband nor I will state it. Why? I think, no I know, I won't state the obvious because I will have to bare the blame. He won't state it because he doesn't want to feel the guilt and if I say it, he will be able to push the blame onto me. We both know that the situation is deadly to both our health and sanity. Our relationships with our children, grandchildren, and friends are damaged ...

  5. The Wall Hits back

    Well finally got the blood pressure medicine and back on track there. Even took Virgil's advice and took a walk. Pretended to be KizPaws walking Pepper but I suspect her adorable ball of fur is better at in step marching then my lovable lug Onyx. Two blocks and I conceded the victory to the four legged wonder and the handicap to that soda I had before the venture into the sidewalkless part of Fairborn.

    Work was horrible tonight. Monday we expect to be busy and somewhat mentally ...
