My son is back, which is great. Since returning home, my parents have not contacted me. They have not asked me over for dinner, or even come up to my apartment to drop off Jordan (they walk to the foot of the steps, and watch him go in.) They show no interest in wanting to see me at all. Maybe it's the eyebrow piercing. I've been shunned for a 1/2 inch metal bar going through my skin. Jordan called them on their disinterest. The heat was oppressive and we thought that we could shower and take a nap before letting anyone know we were in the area. A nice shower, a cool nap, quiet kids….heaven. ...
