So, today I took my trip back home, visited my Dad's grave and my favourite spot in the whole world! In the show, it relieves them of all their pain... anyway, I did this yesterday for 15 minutes in the afternoon, and since then my neck and back have been in a lot of pain- I can't look down, or left or right really.
