Just let me start by saying, I didn't need new frames. I explained the problem to my optician and he said that only he could fix them (I think he was exaggerating a bit but I didn't mind) He replaced the trouble spots on my glasses, explaining that once they're worn out it's best to replace them. hi blog. I just got back from the first proper holiday I have had in the last ten years. I quite enjoyed it. I spent too much of it tired though.
