  1. TheBarn

    he came and knocked
    arriving unexpectedly
    opening the door
    we both immediately smiled
    with flowers in hand
    and an invitation

    walking briskly
    against the icy wind
    caused us to pause
    in the shadows
    of the old barn

    pressing close
    escaping the bitter cold
    our breath caught
    in the crisp air

My mom now knows about my cell phone. I told her about it last night before going to bed, and thank God she didn't get mad. Instead, she simply told me to keep looking for it and face my dad bravely when the time finally comes for me to tell it, and perhaps that is today. Things are alright. They could be better.

The kids I hang out with are actually alright, one of them is actually quite twisted like I am, and that's cool. MICHAEL PILMER sent me "I threw up" stickers, along with a BEAUTIFULLY mutated envelope that was PERSONALIZED with a DEVO monkey and yeah...it's so cool. I feel so incredibly honored.

I went to an art museum last Sunday and it had lots of paintings from my favorite artists. Renoir, Monet, Warhol, Van Gogh.
