What are the main motivating reasons for going to the planet....I need 5 criteria...

1.) Atmosphere. Can it sustain life?
2.) Surface Temperature. Again, Can man adjust to this climate? Adaptable?
3.) Resources Is the make up of the planet sustainable?
4.) Gravity Is it close to ...

I honestly don't get why fart jokes make people laugh so much. But they do, so tell me what you think of these videos. AND
