  1. Progress? I Think Not. What Do You Think?

    Good morning Literature Network Forums!

Today we have an overcast sky with a possibility of sunshine and a 100 percent chance of rain! How about that for good news eh?

Hahaha. Well. Yes. As you can see, this is my first, I'll say that again, First blog entry since I joined earlier this week. I guess there isn't much to say except that this Forum is pretty neat! So far, I've met a lot of great people. I published my first short story, which by the way is still being ...

  2. fantastic weekend in the works

    How wonderful!

My garden is out! Chaney and I worked so hard last night and planted EVERYTHING we had left. We put out so much that I didn’t even count. She did nine 25 ft. rows herself. Well, there's good and bad today. No JCS again but this time I had the sense to take a pad and a pencil so I could practice my chibi drawing and ended up restarting the adventures of Badger man for my uncle, before he kicks the bucket too (trying not to let that get me down, doing well so far ), but now they have fleshy bodies instead of stick ones, and I've simplified the badgermobile to be a red and yellow mini I figure'd it'd be fun to do that. We'll see if I can finish it this time, ...

  5. Doing Time

There are two Greek words for time, kronos and kairos. Kronos refers to linear time: hours, days, weeks, and so on. Kairos means the right or opportune moment. It is a time in between, a moment when something special happens. Well, this weekend I will be a part of something special, a right and opportune moment for me. It is called Kairos Outside.

Kairos Outside is a sort of spin-off of the Kairos Prison Ministry Weekends begun in 1989 at San Quentin State Correctional Facility in ...
