  1. The Fallen

    The Fallen

    We fall
    and when we do
    we make a beautiful descent

    Slow at first
    caressing
    a soft flutter
    stealing the breath
    heartbreaking

    Then it rises
    into a cascading
    crescendo
    always graceful
    elegant
    awe-inspiring

    Sprawling

    still in dignity
    painfully stunning

  2. Indiana Jones and the New Sequel

Well, Indiana Jones comes out tomorrow, and I'm planning on seeing it with a friend.

However, I'm worried that because new characters have been added, it might not be as good as the originals.

If anyone here sees this tomorrow, could you comment and let me know what it's like?

Well, I wasn't trying to be standoff-ish, but you know, everything's usually a little awkward after someone asks someone out. So yea, everything's cool with me. I don't have any weird feeling about anything. But yea, that's my girlfriend, Sarah. She's very pretty, thank you. and thanks for your support.

  5. Grandma's biscuts!

    Biscuts

    2 cups self-rising flour
    3 tbsp vegetable shortening
2/3 cup milk (whole or buttermilk works best)

Grease pan and preheat oven to 380*F. Lay out a sheet of foil; spread a layer of flour over foil (not figured into ingredient list-- too objective). Mix self-rising flour and vegetable shortening with masher until uniform. Add milk slowly, mixing as you pour. Place dough onto floured foil; knead. Cut into medallions. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
