Well now that the Duck Pond has been turned back over to the ducks after a wonderful winter of ice skating on it, there is tons of activity there.

The mallard ducks are all swimming in twos -- the colourful green-headed male with the tawny smaller female. It is so cute -- every duck has a partner. And soon they will have sweet fuzzy babies to gaze for hours at.

As well, there are a few families of the Canada Goose settling at this pond, too. Some years there ...

I posted this in the movie review thread. But I wanted to add this to my blog.

Now you sophisticated movie goers aren't going to care about this one, but my wife and I went out to see Ironman!! When I was a teenager my favorite comic book hero was Ironman. Not sure why. He wasn't as well known as Batman or Spiderman or a whole host of other super heros.
