You were book-boredom incarnate!

If you were the last book on Earth and you were on fire I wouldn't piss on you!

And even if were not on fire and you were the last book on Earth I will burn you with glee!

You wasted precious hours of my life that I will never get back and for that crime I sentence you Mr D J Salinger to be punished in the book-afterlife by having you closed in a deep cave and forced to read your boredom for all eternity all by yourself!
