Well, I happen to think that the ipod is the greatest invention of man to date. But I do prefer PCs over Macs.

Please let me know. I've been tempted to get a Kindle or Sony Reader and perhaps i should just wait for the ipad.

Indeed Ipod is an invention that will define a generation if not an era in human history :-)

Ipad is not even an invention by apple, Tablet PC's have been in development for ages, and I still don't see the need for one. They sure look fancy, as does the ipod, but I figure that just like the Ipod it will look better than it will function, which means I will not get one.

Great conversation here Lote. Thanks for starting this and for the advice. I didn't know Microsoft was coming out with their own, as Fifth mentions above. Wow, I'll have to wait for that and see which one is better for my needs. I feel like a kid in a candy store.
