day in a life

I'm listening to Bonnie Prince Billie, love his music. I'm sitting in my kitchen and drinking my coffee. I have tomorrow off because there is a vacation in the playschool so me and the kid will be hanging out and doing a little shopping, the sales are crazy right now and he need a warm coat. they are so expensive. I think I'll be getting a new car tomorrow too, or in the next few days. we are driving a 96 Subaru and it keeps breaking down and doing things it's not supposed to do, we are not going to get a loan for a new car so we can't get much younger than 2000-2002 but that's ok as long as it's a good car. I'm gonna fix up my kitchen in the spring and I'm already looking around to get ideas, I hate my kitchen as it is but I know how I can change it to make it look better, or at least I hope so...

I'm gonna try to write more this year, poems, short stories and maybe work on one of the 10 or so novels I have started... that is what I want to do in my future and I can't keep waiting for someone else to make it happen for me. I won't start school 'till the end of january so I have some time to focus on my writing and get myself going.

in the middle of this crisis that is killing almost everybody here on the ice I feel richer than ever before. I'm happier (at the moment) and we ave been able to get our loans a bit lower and we are not paying for a car loan so that is a lot that has changed for us and I try to put money aside as I can so I can go to college in 2 years and quit working..

I'm very optimistic at the moment, I hope it will continue.
