Living Breathing Contradiction...

Today started okay got up at 11, was excited to sleep late. mom and terry took tayler with them so I got to spend time with my sister jessica and her bf. that was fun. tayler got home around 1 we had crawfish etufe' yummy. had to work at 4 so went home at 3 got dressed. had a tornado warning, called mom about it. put the horses in the barn and things. went to work, got to work, truck slid and we got stuck in a ditch, took 3 people getting stuck for them to listen to me that they needed to put something behind the tires or it was no use, because red clay does not have traction and the UPS truck is heavy. so we finaly get out, and get everyone else out. They are suppose to send us another truck to split are deliverys with, they send us a truck that gives us half of THEIR deliverys, so double are load, its now 8 raining lightning and the thrid tornado. the two major roads, hw 80and loop 283 are closed because of the storm. so we had to back road completly making our stops take longer. I get out and sink to my waste the truck starts to sink, so he floors iit in reverse and gets out to try to help me, I end up losing a shoe, finish the next 3 hours with one shoe and two wet socks. next lightning hits a tree that almost hits our truck misses it by about 8 inches holy ****! ok we continue, truck almost flips three times, we drive by a tornado. Did I mention that UPS trucks dont have doors, creepy! but we continue almost get hit by another car out of controll. half way through our route they call and tell us the mislabled a bunch of packages, so back to warehouse, had to back track to correct packages and such about 9 we get back to town and 80 opens back up and we finish our route, oops missed a box so back to bmfe 6 miles from anyone no cell service and I'll ber damned if we dont get a flat and the engine start smoking... It was a really bad day at work. his 1 year old kid got sick no one could get to her but she is okay, so that was my day. tommorow is christmas eve. I'm sleepy, think I shall go take a shower since I'm covered in red clay, just got power back, and we have another tornado on the way. lovelly. but that was my day, my last day of work. yawn.
