Unveil your repressed anger
if it is making you freak!
Run away from the faces
that are making you sick!
Take a glance to your inner violence,
that is screaming and clashing,
rippling the waves, that is permeating
the toxic into your mind.
Shout to the sky although it will not answer
to your grudges, and listen to the echoes
of your anger, reverberating like the thunder,
that is backfiring to you instead?
Hide yourself in a secret and silent place
to relax and contemplate, or to lament
to flush your resentments, and pacify
the burns that is burning within.
Face the mirror. Spit and slap.
Pamper and embrace. Scream and yell.
Cry passionately and laugh hysterically.
Make funny faces to tease yourself.
Hey, calm down to observe yourself inside out.
