Spooky. I feel like I’m in some kind of bad zombie film I hate zombies. Mummies, sure, vampires, great, werewolves, love them but zombies. No. Hate them.
And why do I feel like this? Because the common room’s completely empty. Devoid of all life except for me. I must say, I like the peace and quiet but it’s a bit creepy and I’m feeling a bit bored already, and the windows are all open (because it’s warm. I wouldn’t quite call it hot) and they keep rattling the blinds so I think someone’s opened the door and they’ve come in but I’ve got my back to them so I can’t see them. It’s quite annoying, and creepy.
I can’t help wondering if everyone that’s in school is in a lesson or exam and those with nothing to do are at home or if they’re all supposed to be somewhere like a really really long assembly. There were always few people in on Thursdays anyway. And now people don’t have to come in if they’ve no lessons or exams. I only come in because I’m more likely to revise here and because I don’t really want to have to negotiate with Richards about not coming in. Besides, it’s only until next Tuesday anyway.
Currently I’ve nothing more to add, except that yesterday Jason told me that he spent the first four hours designing his own martial art that best suits his abilities in an empty science book that he pinched out of the prep room. Sometimes I wish I’d taken up self defence but I’d have been too lazy.
Oh well.
