Midnight melody
romances the silver queen
notes of pain and love
haunting dreams and nocturne souls
with their ancient cry
serenades of victory
dark beauty echoes
and stirs the passions within
the hunters chorus
old as the Bardic ballad
they sing of their own stories.

    Your wolf poem is quite evocative and
    as it is actually "about something" which the reader can actually "hear." I'm glad you're getting positive feedback. ( I'm still devastated that nobody "got" my werewolf story):
