So much for silence; I need prayer first.

Yesterday a lady called me up and asked me to interview for an Office Mgr position about 5 minutes from here. It sounded good so I agreed to 11AM today.

She sent me an email that contained a description of the job. I just reviewed it and am blown away.

First, the job would be day hours, so I can finally take care of my son (someone called the police about him being home until 11PM alone due to my work hours, and that's why he's with my parents. Otherwise, Social Services would come take him away.)

The money is about the same.

But listen to this, the job is with an *marketing firm* that serves as a liaison between the yellow pages and...publishers, both domestically and internationally. This job would throw me right in the middle of everything I have ever wanted for myself. I've worked as a marketing writer in the past and loved it, and I want to get published; this job would introduce me to
numerous people who could assist me in that task.

God hates me but he must really love one of you (Rich, Andave). Whichever one of you is God's "David", please pray I land this job.

I am eternally grateful....

    Good luck with the interview Countess. That sounds like a really good job! And it would get you away from your jerk of a supervisor assistant. Keeping fingers crossed and luck of the irish to you!

    I've a wee bit of Irish in me, too, so that makes two of us sendin' the luck of the Irish to you. Countess, I truly hope that you get this position, it would make your life so much brighter, you deserve that and more!

    I'm certainly not God's, but my wife Stefanie (who is) and I hope everything turns (or has turned) out well with the job issue.

    Very much will attempt prayers for you but in turth this has been hypocrite judgmental Pharisee week for me so Andave is the intercessor with power with God. And yet------Best to you. I know a bit about Social Services and their methods due to son Jim and Gina's fun and games. Had one run in back in the day thanks to son Dan picking on sister Sandy and a pet nickname--who knew a young girl diidn't want to be called Picklepuss--at least it was in the provacy of casa mtpspur but hey I clearly charmed that social worker and feel no guilt whatever--a rare thing for the conscience to be clean I asure you.
