Wooooooohooooooooo!!!! I just got an e-mail from examiner.com saying that they had reviewed my application and that they think I would make an excellent Foriegn Film Examiner!!!!

Banana Dance!


This is literatley my first job and I couldn't have picked a better one! (poetry examiner wasn't open though )

I had just submitted my application yesterday, and was expected to wait for about two weeks (as the notice said), but out of all miracles, I got it just an hour ago!!!!

The main heart of the application, where the most important information is given, such as a full writing sample of your work. I put in a highly polished versoin of my Through a Glass Darkly review, and I pretty much got the job based on that (because I had not past expereince that would really qualify me).


My God am I excited!!!! I'm going to be making some pretty good money (from my percpective that is) writing reviews for contemporary foriegn films!!!!! Woooooooo hoooooooo!!!!

    It's for examiner.com

    Nothing big, for it is only online and I am just one of the many "examiners" (i.e. columnists) from around the country. But I do think that I am now Green Bay's only Foriegn Film critic for examiner.com

    One other thing worth mentioning, is that I get paid by readership . . . . so anybody looking for reviews of foriegn films which have just come out on DVD, *hint*hint*
