A Mirror Floating in Water

My Motto

Rate this Entry
"I always have a wonderful time, wherever I am, whoever I'm with."

Following my Harvey film reivew, I find it necissary to dedicate an entire post to one of my favorite quotes of all time. With the exception of quotes from Hamlet and Falstaff, I must say that this quote sums up very simply what I see as a life lived to the fullest.

I wish I could say this. But oh well, a motto is an adult word for wishful thinking, dedicated to the self.

Well I must disagree, for ideals, though they may be optimistic, are not wishful-thinking. I do not believe entirely that I can be as pleasant and kind a person as characters as Prince Myshkin, Falstaff or Elwood, but I can certainly try my best to be (what I see as) the best person I can be.

I don't know how I am being selfish or 'dedicated to my self'. I am merely holding role-models.
