So I heard a quote on the radio earlier, and I have no idea who it was originally but thought I'd share it anyway: "everything will be ok in the end. If its not ok, its not the end." anyone have any ideas?
Sorry--doesn't ring a bell.
Ive never heard it either and a yahoo quote search yielded nothing.
ok it seems to be an anonymous quote, plenty of them about worst luck! I found referances to a Peter Pandiani, a Baliey Mooney, Veronica Mars even Robin Williams amoungst others. personally I am leaning towards it being something to do with movies and films etc. I would stick wih anonymous though the best way to go with it.
I heard a similar line in one of the movies here...it was something like....Life is like a hindi film where everything is alright in the end, if not, then its not the end. other than that I have no idea who said that....
Could it be a version of the line by Julian of Norwich: "All will be well, and all will be well"? Sometimes when I'm "down" --which happens too many times-- I try to remember her words of encouragement. (If I believed in adopting "mantras," that's a leading candidate.) In any event, best of luck to your move to Ireland! I would have posted that on the specific blog posting where the announcement appears, but I didn't want to be the one making comment #13!
