day in a life

An old lady at work said the other day with a very concerned voice that the man had been eating his shoulder straps, I just thought it was funny but she thought it was terrible. I can't say I hate my job, cause I don't, I just don't want to be working there 20 years from now like so many of the women there. You get no respect the people you are there to help can be so rude or want to hurt you, when it comes to a certain point in Alzheimer patients violence is common. Some men don't need Alzheimer's though they just want to pinch you or scratch your hand. There are of course a few who are grateful, but it's a fine job in most ways and it makes sure you stay in school so you don't have to spend the rest of your life there.

School has finally started for me and there is so much to do, essays and research and reading, I love it. Going to start some of the projects tomorrow. I am so tired right now that I think I'll just go to sleep. I'll check in tomorrow if I'm going nowhere with the projects...
